If you’re careful and patient its worth it
I will start off by saying it’s a little thin so if your surface has dips etc carefully press them down and then stick the rest as the pressure of pushing it down after WILL make it split. Start on the shortest side and stick along to reduce bubbles. Use a cloth to press out the bubbles and flatten it. RUB it with the cloth so it heats the adhesive and activates a stronger stick and after you've stuck it go over it with a hairdryer until you see the vynil seal onto the surface, press down with a cloth tightly again and LET IT SET! (Preferably overnight). This stops water and heat from affecting it afterwards. The pro’s are that its super glossy and realistic once stuck on, it has an amazing finish, IF you end up with a few creases or bubbles you cant really tell bc of the design especially in the daylight you will never see them and the same goes for cut up parts. I used the scraps to line the bottom of the cabinets and you cannot tell I did that! It does take a LOT of patience if you want it to look right but its definitely worth it! I cannot wait to finish my kitchen.

Very good quality
Covered a glass top table which was a bit of a challenge mainly because of the size. There were some air bubbles but using a pin they were soon gone.Next was using what was left over, a pine effect side unit got a make over and turned out to look pretty good.

Ok but not if near water or heat
Looks ok, certainly better than the old worktop we inherited with the house. It will be changed pretty soon though as it wrinkles with the heat of the air fryer and halogen oven. The appliances have rubber pads on their feet which sit in furniture castors on top of wooden mats but the heat radiates and causes blistering around them. I needed two rolls for a short length of worktop, I cannot understand why this cannot be sold worktop width. Anyhow for 3x this I can purchase a length of worktop so I will count my losses and do what I should have done first time round.

Coils up like a snake
Be careful when taking the backing paper off...if you don't carefully flatten the film it has a nasty habit of coiling back on itself...once it does that it is hard not to damage the film when attempting to prise the film from the back of the other end of the paper.I found it a real struggle and wasted quite a bit of the material as it was ripped when it rolled back on itself. Once the film is flattened on the workspace it sometimes crinkles in certain places and me having ocd doesnt like it unless it is completely flat. Quite stressful to stick to surfaces and could do with a process within instructions.
