This Product

I have found Solary to be an excellent product and have been ordering it for years.

Six capsules equal one dose. Holy cow. Edit: Healthway wrote me even though I didn't ask for a refund from them, though I did ask Amazon for one but got nowhere. When I went to buy new calc/mag, an Amazon msg. popped up & indicated I'd bought this before when I actually hadn't. I'd only ever bought capsules. So I clicked trusting these were the same I purchased in the past, & didn't bother to check if they were capsules vs. tablets. My bad. But why would Amazon fake a past purchase on my account? Maybe the algorithm saw Calc/Mag & said this is similar enough? Vast difference between capsules & tablets. I gave these away because Amazon won't accept vitamin returns even if unopened. Moral of the story: check Amazon's "you've bought this before" msgs. And only purchase what you can afford to give away if it's the wrong thing because you're now stuck with it. Thank you very much, Healthway Shop, I'll be back. Changing 3 star to five but the 6 pill info. stays to alert others. If you have trouble getting to sleep, try calc/mag. It relaxes muscles so you don't toss & turn as much. Especially crucial for stress in general, & for those who get a lot of exercise.

I need magnesium for muscle cramps and sleep; calcium for bone health.

I think I have finally found a calcium supplement that meets my needs. There is a calming function and I feel better using it. My Vitamin D-2 was low at my last lab work up and my doctor suggested getting more sunshine/day—-a tough thing to do in Western New York. I will be interested in seeing how the labs are at my next check up. I plan to reorder soon.

I have been using this product for years. Great product. Amazon makes it convenient to order and it's on my doorstep next day.

I like that this supplement has Magnesium and Vitamin D as well as Calcium in it. What I did not appreciate was learning that I had to take SIX capsules daily to get the full dose intended and advertised.

We've found that this brand really works to help us not only sleep but helps our backs feel better. We went with others while this was unavailable locally but no, not again. We're staying with this. Plus the 1:1 ratio is much better for women aand helping us avoid other health issues caused by too much calcium.
