I rarely review items on Amazon, but thought this guy deserved it. I bought it in 2021 and have used it roughly 2-3 times a week all summer at our beach. Everywhere I take this thing people stop me and ask me where I got it. I've clunked it up stairs and down again, across grass, dirt, payment, it even hauled my 30 lb toddler the first summer. The canvas handle tore away at the end of last summer but it's really only needed when lifting it into and out of the trunk. It's not heavy when empty. We're a family of 6 with 4 kids under 8, and we can haul all the toys, towels, shade equipment and fold out chair for my husband, plus more when family visits. Pros: Light weight, easy to fold, the mesh clip on net is a good send for shaking loose sand and dirt before putting it in your vehicle, it's a CHAIR, it reclines, but most importantly, the two wheel vs 4 wheel design is so much easier to pull in the sand. Unless you buy a $400 beach cart with the giant tires, this is a purchase your back and legs won't regret on a hot beach day. No rust despite leaving it outside in the wind and rain all winter the first year. Cons: haven't found any. Maybe the canvas handle tearing off but it hasn't slowed me down. It's a great chair/cart for the price. It makes going to the beach much easier and less stressful. Would work for kids sports games outside especially if you have to haul their equipment and snacks.

We have only been to the beach 1 time with this but we used it everyday while we were there. We loaded a cooler, 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs and almost everything else we needed for a day at the beach. We had to walk 3 blocks to the beach access point and across the white sandy beach of GulfShores Al. It was the longest walk we have ever had while at the Gulf but it was by far the easiest walk to the beach!! It was so nice to not have everyone carring a hand full of stuff. This chair was a great investment and it was so comfortable that we would love to buy another one but I'm not sure we could fit it in our car with everything else. The only drawback is that the wheels are so big it takes up a lot of space. But it was so worth it! If you are thinking about buying this, just do it you will not be sorry. It was very sturdy. And very easy to pull with quite a heavy load. Even across the sand. It did not bog down in the sand like other carts/wagons we have used. Just make sure you read the directions because the wheel's have to be turned correctly so it doesn't bog down into the sand.

This is a must have for your week at the beach. It will transport beach chairs, umbrella or beach cover, beach blankets, beach bags, and the cooler. Easy to assemble and roll across sand. It is very comfortable for the full day at the beach. It is well-made, sturdy, and will collapse for easy storage. Highly recommend! Money well spent.

I love this chair. It is easy to fold & lift up into the back of a truck or trunk of a car & rolls easy on soft sand. It seems to be made very sturdy and after using for several months shows no defects. My only complaint is the leg section does not lock straight out but rests down on the ground. I improvise & use a beach umbrella anchor....the kind you see in every beach shop for less than $10. The anchor screws into the sand and I rest the foot/leg section on it.....problem solved. But, when the leg section is straight out like this, be aware that it does change the center of balance on the chair so pay attention getting in & out. UPDATE: 9.5.24 Purchased Jan 2023. Wear n Tear 20 mths later..... The webbing handle at the top edge of chair has frayed & broken. Not important to me. The webbing hem around all the edges of the chair has frayed and disintegrated. I hope this is simply ornamental and not crucial in preventing the back & bottom from stretching & sagging out of shape. The webbing straps attached to the clips to hook the basket to the frame have started to fray & close to breaking...this will prevent me from being able to attach the cargo basket which is one of it's best features! Warranty for only 1 year so I know all this isn't covered, but I sent 2 emails to Cust Service at Mac Sports on how to order a replacement cargo basket or recommendations on how to repair it & voicing my concerns about the edge hem webbing...but have not yet received a reply as of 9.5.24. **I've really enjoyed my chair and continue to receive comments from others on the beach.

I don't typically write reviews, but this beach chair exceeded my expectations! It was VERY easy to "open" and set up, VERY easy to fold down, and very easy to pull on wheels, even in the sand. At one point our group of 4 had to park our car a bit further from the beach than planned, and we all threw our stuff (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags) into my beach "buggy" as opposed to having to make multiple trips in the 90-degree weather. It was basically effortless to pull ... a little harder in the sand with more weight, but still very do-able. I do have two suggestions (for the manufacturer and/or potential buyers): 1 - I really wanted an armrest pouch (for phone, drink, etc.) and this did not include one. I read all these reviews three times over before buying this and boy am I happy I bought this chair/wagon! My thoughts after one use. I will list the cons for this because they are minor. I'm tall at 5'11 so for the handle to pull the chair wagon could be longer. The carrying strap when folded could be reinforced with rubber, as I can see how others complained of it tearing off so easily. And upgrade for this chair could be fold out piece at the bottom so you can have more of lounge like chair when sitting. And lastly for cons, while the wagon chair is much lighter than a normal wagon getting up and down when lounging can be harder if you're not able to do so on a normal chair. Now the pros! As mentioned it is significantly lighter and does move very well across the thicker parts of the sand and I had no issues there thus far. The mesh netting is nice and I definitely feel it can hold a lot! I primarily got this for solo beach days but if you're going with someone, you could carry their stuff no problem, keep in mind your wagon is your chair so one less item to bring. This does fold quite flat and has a locking latch to keep it from spilling open, unlike my wagon. There is a nice mesh net at the back of the chair which I put my umbrella cover there. Overall this is a great beach Accessory and would love to see more colors for this chair and some smaller improvements to fine tune and already great product!

I debated buying this for weeks before our beach trip. At the last minute we ordered it and BOY am I glad we did. It's the best thing I've ever ordered from Amazon (and that's saying a lot!). I was surprised at how nice and sturdy the actual chair part is. It's thicker material than the average camp chair, and as a plus size person it held me just fine with room to spare. I was concerned the wheels wouldn't roll on the soft sandy beaches that we went to, but it did perfect. We didn't overload it because I knew that it could be bogged down in the fluffy sand, so if you put a full cooler and everything else in it then I'm not sure what to tell ya. We were not gentle with this thing. Our walkway to the beach had no less than 20 wooden steps and it survived being banged and dragged up and down them every single day. It holds a LOT of stuff. 3 camp chairs, beach tent, umbrella, 3 boogie boards, sand toys and miscellaneous towels and such. If you're not convinced that I love this thing, let me tell you now. I LOVE this thing.
