Very helpful
This product helps reduce cataracts and generally helps eyesight. Refreshes dry eyes. Seems to somehow magically help floaters be less obvious. Only complaint is the bottle is challenging to use. Even following instructions perfectly, it seems at times to still either not come out of the bottle or leak down the side before you can get to your eye. Still I have been buying for years because an excellent product.

the piercing mechanism needs improvement
the drops take a while to work but after 30+ days, I do see an improvement in night vision and overall acuity

It works
I have been taking it less than a week and already I can see a little bit better. Not a lot but a few percentage points better. The drops don't sting like some OTC eye drops. The only drawback is the eye dropper itself. Just today the dropper refuse to dispense drops but the container had liquid so I got a needle and re-pierced it and problem solved. The manufacturer needs to have a better dispenser.

Longest expiration date
I bought the eyes drops so many times for my 80 years in-laws in the last seven years, and this one has longest expiration date for 16 months, as compared to previous purchase for 10-11 months. Very happy with it because I normally buy a large of quantity to save money.
