I have used this for years for an ongoing problem with itchy skin. Although I am gradually recovering by changing my diet to a healthier one, this removes the itch. It is good for poison ivy and works within 30 minutes. Although the flavor has to be endured if you buy the oil, to me, I don't mind. Kalonji oil also comes in capsules.

It is a bit smelly but very helpful to massage over knees before going to sleep. It helped my mom alot
