We had 14 people over for Father's day and 3 were diabetic including my husband and they were able to enjoy chocolate cake with the rest of us. They all said it tasted very good and was moist. I will be purchasing these items again.

This cake mix and frosting make a yummy birthday cake for my boyfriend’s diabetic daughter.

The cake and icing are excellent, and this is a good option for diabetics or those with cancer who must cut their sugar intake. This is a top-notch product.

My sister was recently diagnosed with adult-onset diabetes, and I decided to make this cake for a family get-together so she could have some guilt-free dessert. I made the cake as per the directions, split the two layers into halves (to turn it into a 4-layer cake), filled the layers with whipped cream, and covered it all with the sugar-free frosting - harkening back to the cake she would most often ask for her childhood birthdays. This cake tasted just like we remembered!However, the price on Amazon is significantly higher than I have recently seen in the grocery stores. So, if you are looking for a good-tasting sugar-free cake mix and/or frosting, I'd recommend the Pillsbury brand, but also recommend you look at your local grocery stores to see if you can save some serious coin compared to the price it's available for here.

I've been sugar free for years, and this is by far the best cake mix/frosting option(when you can, get the frosting). I've done lower sugar, sugar free, things with "healthy sugar replacers". This doesn't make your stomach hurt from sugar replacer, and it tastes and feels amazing texture wise.It's easy to make and bake and the carbs don't seem to mess with my system so if you're watching out with that(I'm insulin resistant + Epileptic so my body is so sensitive to carbs,sugar anything that would "cause a spike" and this doesn't.I don't even have to moderate this, like everything else♡What's not to love?

Despite all the positive reviews, I was very disappointed with this. Cake didn't taste sweet at all, in fact it was pretty flavorless. Frosting was a little better but not by much. I don't recommend this product.
