I bought this product for my mother house, they don't have water heater, so this product fits exactly their expectations. Works well: So far is working excellent, no complaints about how heating the water. Ease of installation: Well, the process of installation was easy because was just replaced the old one for this new acquisition, but the installation of a Shower Head Heater is easy, just make sure you use the proper cable and my recommendation is connect it with a Breaker and most important thing is the ground to keep everyone safe at home. Love it! Screws on to a standard wand shower head hose. My dog chewed one my outdoor heavy duty extension cords in half so it was the perfect candidate to wire to the Foset. I set the Foset to cold (fria). Started cold water with low flow. Then I changed the Foset setting to low heat and didn’t notice any change so I increased to medium heat and then I could feel warm/hot water. I didn’t try high heat due to some people melting their shower head. I plan to use this for camping using a Jackery as my power supply.

This thing is not safe at all I'll see why they call it a suicide shower because when you turn it on water comes out the top of it and that's what electricity is that's dangerous

Tiene un cierre tan hermético la tapa que es casi imposible de abrir sin hacer una fuerza extrema y por ser de plástico se puede romper la conexión a la tubería

This was an alternative to an absence of a hot water heater source. The installation was very simple; however, it is probably recommended you have a dedicated power source or at the very least have a minimum of 20 amps on the breaker. Our install, made the breaker get warm and trip. We need to make a few adjustments. Overall, it is an upgrade from nothing and now the family can have luke warm showers. I recommend this product.

La compré en febrero, este invierno instalé dos regaderas previamente a esta ( otras marcas), la primera se quemó de los cables y la segunda no se le podía cambiar la resistencia. Elegí esta regadera porque era barata y porque vi que los repuestos de la resistencia también lo eran y la tienen aquí mismo en la pagina. Esperaba que calentara muy poco como las otras regaderas que instalé pero me sorprendió al ver que calienta muy bien, incluso en los días muy frios no tuve problemas ( en mi ciudad lo más helado estuvo a 2°C). Lo mejor es que no tengo que estarla apagando, la regadera se regula sola con el flujo del agua, si no la abro lo suficiente no prende y cuando la cierro deja de jalar corriente. Esto es muy importante para mi porque mi regadera esta muy alta y tengo que subir a un banquito para cambiar la temperatura. La verdad superó mis expectativas.

Venía con un poco de agua color marrón claro, parece que es por pruebas del fabricante, no parece estar usado. Fué sencilla de instalar, siempre es mejor contratar un profesional para instalar el circuito independiente con el que se alimenta. Instalé un Interruptor de 40 A con calibre 10 THHW unos 12 metros y tierra física, y todo correcto. Si calienta rápido (5-10 segundos) pero el chorro de agua es relativamente pequeño a mi gusto (20-25 cm), abrir más la llave no aumenta el tamaño, solo la velocidad, abrir la llave enfría un poco el agua, cerrarle un poco permite que la resistencia caliente mejor el agua. No necesita interruptor cercano a la regadera o dentro de la ducha, la regadera enciende al detectar que corre agua suficiente, si tuviera fuga eso no la va a encender, es necesario abrir bien la llave para que encienda (incluso se escucha). Osea, no pasa que pueda quedarse prendida.

Was alittle challenging to install but it actually works. Make sure your electrical supply is compatible. Or it will take longer to warm up the water. Bought ot for someone in the Caribbean.
