TED* WORKBOOK: Creating A Positive Approach To Life's Challenges (S) Spiral-bound – December 1, 2012

This is a perfect companion to the book. The size is just right. Font easy to read. Lots of white space to take notes. And I love the coil binding for it makes it easy to fold over and do it in a neat fashion, thus making it so easy to handle and to work with. Exactly what a workbook should be like. In addition to it's physical aspects, the real gold is in it's content. Take time to understand it and apply it. The efforts are well worth it.Vinay KumarGreat Falls, Virginia, USA

This book was a GREAT way to build you EQ and be able to practice refraining from being sucked into workplace daily drama! The more you are honest in the workbook and really apply the principles the better the results. I gave both the book and workbook as gifts to two colleagues to help them too. They totally appreciated being enlightened and having the tools to reframe interactions with co-workers and loved ones. This should be incorporated into professional development at every business.

Repetitive and a iittle dull, but the concept is fabulous. 5 starts is for content, not writing style.

The workbook itself if tiny...5x7, it needs to be bigger. It also could have a chip board cover rather than a cardstock cover. iam all for things being self published, but the quality really does make you or break you. This has great info from what I can see, but the size and flimsy covers make it very clear that this workbook will not last long. Those are my main complaints. I have not been able to use the workbook as of yet, but may modify my rating and review when I do.

Easy to follow steps.

Easy to read and work with. No academic jargon. The concepts in The Power of TED (original book) are enlightening and useful. They move us from an adversarial stance to a collaborative one (much needed in this age of conflict and contest). The workbook is a great companion for guiding us through the building blocks of understanding and healing the drama triangle. Can be used with children and teens; also very important for adults.

Too costly for the amount of information present.
