My iPhone 7plus is now old, and over time, it has lost its ability to charge the battery. I have never used a battery box before. Thought I should try it. I received the iPhone's battery case very quickly in a good package. Very suitable, installation is very simple. It is not bulky and does not feel heavy.

I have had other charging cases which had a hard case all around. You would slide the top off and slide phone in and slide top back down. This one however is different you put the end into the bottom of case and push back into the case. My thoughts on this at first was I was gonna bend the prong at the bottom that actually charges the phone rendering it useless so I’ve been very careful with the that. But what I also noticed was that the inside of the case was not solid. There is a thin layer cover that is in between what charges the phone and the actual phone and it’s constantly coming up and bulging out and has quit working. I’ve only had it for 3 monthsUpdate 7/11/20- Well phone just got totally pushed out of the case as it was in my hand and dropped right on the ground and is now cracked all to hell. I have contacted seller with no response however did contact Amazon and they are returning my money I spent to purchase the case as soon as I send it back which is great of Amazon but doesn’t do anything for my expensive ass phone it just ruined all to hell. Buyer beware I would not trust this pos with your valuable phone.

The case was very durable. Battery power wonderful. The plug for charging the battery worthless. Does not hold up any more than six times then you got to play with it and pray that it might work... once the case is on it will stay on . Fits nice and tight but that’s OK with me. If it doesn’t charge what good is it. Frederick j Monroe.

After 2 months of use this product is sub par. It doesn't seem to charge my phone more than 10%. The case is the nice part, but this case isn't worth the extra weight.

The media could not be loaded.  The case worked great until it didn’t. Had it for less than a month and now it doesn’t hold a charge. Not sure if it’s the battery or the port. It looks like it’s probably a connection issue. My chord never fit as loose as it does now (see video). Other than that, the size was great. Able to put it in my pocket without feeling too bulky. The weight feels good, not too heavy. It feels like I’m actually holding a phone versus a thin, light, fragile piece of aluminum. Would definitely order another one, hopefully without connection issues.EDIT: Originally had given this a 3 out of 5, but because of the issue I was having they sent me a replacement case. Fits perfectly, charges perfectly. Would definitely recommend this case!!! I can usually get 2 full charges (from 30% battery life) out of this.

Update: I purchased this battery case 6 months ago. It is nice that it has a lightning connector, but as of right now, the connection has gotten so loose, that it is almost unusable. The connection has so much play that it disconnects frequently and is almost unusable.The case works fairly well. For some reason, during the charging process, while there is plenty of life left, it will just stop charging and have to be powered back on.This is my second battery because the first one would only charge for a few seconds before shutting off. Replacement was quick and easy. Hoping to figure out why this one won’t stay on longer than it does.
