Love this stuff
It has a great taste, color, and soothing on your pallet. I do think it small for the money. But I like it enough to continue to purchase it. I spend $5 for a cup at Dunkin Donuts. So if you do the math you are still getting a good product for a good price.

It’s good
This matcha is ok I thought it would be more flavorful but the other one in the metal canister tastes better. It’s good though

It’s really good
First of this was sent to me by mistake so it’s my first culinary grade matcha review. This matcha has a nice delicate aroma and the flavor is also very balanced however, it’s very very bitter . So unless you like bitter this matcha is not suitable for usucha. The color is not a bright vibrant jade green but it’s color is on par with many ceremonial grade matchas. In addition it is very smooth and froths very well . If I was to guess it is stone ground but I can’t confirm without testing it. So for a culinary grade matcha this is very high grade in my opinion and is too good to be use for baking. I think it would be great in a latte. The caffeine content is good too. Oh and the pictures look more green and vibrant than they do in person . In person it is slightly more yellow and mellow but still looks very nice .
