This is a great roasting pan. Nice sturdy weight to it, easy to clean, good, even cooking. I love it.

The pan works great for five layers of lasagna and doesn't spill over with sauce. Fed a lot of people.

Perfect Pan for Lasagna!
Worked perfectly to make a huge lasagna! Didn't even make it all the way to the top. Like another reviewer, we don't normally use red dishes but something about serving lasagna from a beautiful red pan just seemed like right thing to do. It was seriously the best lasagna we've ever made and a lot of the credit goes to all fo the roominess this pan provided.

Coating coming off.
Love the pan size and loved originally how well it cleaned. However over a short time, some of the coating started to come off and there are dark spots on the pan that won't come off. Seems like the more it's used the less it becomes non-stick. Less than a year old.. Disappointing.

Great for lasagna
Used it to make lasagna last night. It is a large enough to do three layers plus the final top layer. Cleans up easily as well. Very pleased so far.
