I ordered it back in oct 2019 for my galaxy note 10. Its kept it brand new since then, no matter the face plants straight on its face, falls off corners, only a scratched protective screen from my galvanized wire fencing i did realize happened til after, and several flips onto concrete. Now the wear and tear i need a new one since the c plug piece is about to rip off. Great case

This is my first time for this brand or this type of case on a phone. I typically use UAG type cases. This works similar to my Fire HD case, where the face plate part cradles the phone, and the back/bumper part fits over it. IT doesn't add much in the way of thickness, however, it definitely feels like a serving platter now. Yes, the back shows all fingerprints, but you should expect that when you look at it online. I think I like it, and the price is pretty good.***UPDATE*** On a side note, there was a card from Poetic inside the box that instructed me to email pictures of my phone in the case to get a gift. The gift is anything on their site $10 or under for free (including shipping). I found nothing for my phone under $10, so I asked if I could apply that to another case and pay the difference. The response was that I could not, but they gave me a code for 10% off any item. The bottom line is, the case seems pretty good and I'm happy with the purchase, but, unless you need a clearance case for an older phone, don't get excited about the "gift". I'm not deducting a star for that, as what I ordered has been everything that I expected (still not sure about actual protection, but I'm not planning on intentionally testing it out...I understand I put a $16 case on a $1k+ device. The most I can truly hope for is that the phone still works after it gets dropped).

Bought this for when I wanted a bit more security than a slim case. It's a well designed case that fits tight and looks nice. Adds substantial grip. I'm not prone to dropping my phone but as luck would have it, I somehow threw it while pulling a door open. It flew 3 or four feet, smacked the ceramic tile floor and came to a rest screen side down. I had just bought the poetic case so had it installed. Phone was completely unscathed. No scratches, dings or cracks. The case, however, developed a crack in the plastic frame at it's weakest point around the volume rocker. It was obviously not an intentional throw, there was not a whole lot of force behind it but it was more forceful than a random drop. I'm impressed with the protection provided to the phone, a little bummed the case cracked but I cannot fault the case. It did its job of absorbing the impact and dissipated the shock through the rubber and plastic frame.The only thing that bothered me about the case is the back is super susceptible to prints.Otherwise, it's nice and clear, with near invisible stippling to prevent air voids. It's a great case for protecting your phone and looks cool. It does add bulk but that's unavoidable. The color accents is nice, I bought the black, it had a steely grey frame and accent.The dust cover on the charging port is nice but it's kind of a pain and creates some pressure against your charging cable. Not sure if over the long run if it would damage the port or not.

I have had this case on my note 10 plus for about 6 months, and personally I do think it's a good case but it recently broke, from a fall of about 2-3 feet. It fell from my desk to a carpetted floor. (Luckily no damage to the phone). This is the 2nd poetic gaurdian case I bought, first was for my Essential phone and that's still protecting it after 2 years.So firstThe Pros:1. Overall I think it's a good looking case and allows you to show of the beauty of the Note.2. Makes holding the phone actually a little bit easier, (with the curved glass my big hands have a tendency to accidentally touch the sides of the screen).3. Does not add too much bulk.4. Works with most of my wireless chargers. (2 out of 3)5. Port cover for the USB-C and slightly extended over the S-pen slotThe Cons:1. No built in screen protector ( come-on poetic give us a screen protector with a hole or fingerprint film or something like that. I loved the screen protector on the essential gaurdian cover.2. USB-C cover is very stiff and most definitely adds pressure on a cable if connected (you can easily fix this with a sharp knife by lightly scraping some of the rubber at the joint, this takes off most of the pressure, while still allowing it to cover the port. I had done the same for the essential gaurdian cover)3. The Blue plastic ring broke after its first fall. (Now I don't know if this was just a bad batch of plastic, or I got unlucky, but I will say vs the essential gaurdian cover it does feel a little more flimsy, this could be due to the extra rigidity from the built in screen protector or maybe different plastic material, I have no idea) I attached a picture to show where the plastic broke.4. The back is a fingerprint magnet and dust/lint have a tendency to get trapped between the back plastic housing and the phone. I usually just clean it about 1 every 2 weeks.5. Wish they had made a port for the microsd/sim traySummary: overall again I think this is a good case, especially for the price, I would most likely buy it again, unless I can find a similar case with a built in screen protector.
