It's okay, it'll do for now
This is the second timer I purchased since my ol trusty has gone kaput; had ol trusty 10-plus years. Nice loud ring and knob to turn the dial. Well the firs timer I bought ( a different brand) you could barely hear the timer and it lasted a half a second when it did ring. I returned that one pronto. So onto this brand - it’s has a different look than most timers, that intrigued me so I decided to gave it a try.The pluses: the ring is louder than the other brand I purchased, but could be louder. The duration of the ring is decent length. It’s a conversation piece on my kitchen counter. It comes in a variety of colors other than white, black or metal -metal-like look. The minuses: the knob does not allow for a good grip, especially if your hands have a little moisture, wet or large fingertips. Also, according to the directions you have to set the timer all the way to 0/60 then turn it back to the time you want to set. I did not have to do that with my previous timer, which also had a better knob. It’s an okay timer, better than the other brand I returned, but the knob and the two step to set your time are inconveniences/minues. I am keeping this one because I need a timer asap and the price is not a wallet buster. But this will just be an interim one till I can find one that checks all the boxes. At least it has an interesting look.

Cute little guy
Easy to use. Bell loud enough. Cannot time for more than an hour but I did not need a timer for the long a period. Not too big and not too small.

It Functions
Purchased to help my son with his morning and nightly routine. He’s able to set the timer by himself which gives him independence. At first he did struggle a bit but has gotten better at it. I read other reviews where it doesn’t stop ticking when it rings, sure enough it’s true. It’s not a deal breaker just move the dial a bit to make it stop. I plan to test it with my phone to see if the timing is accurate.

Reminds me of Marvin
This is a good timer. Make sure to check out the backside. Volume isn’t loud, but adequate. Named it Marvin.

Not very loud.
Cute timer may work in quiet environment but not loud enough for kitchen use. Unless you have a quiet kitchen and are relatively nearby. Still have to rely on my old school Zassenhaus kitchen timer to get my attention.

Great for kids
This timer ticks rather loudly, and my husband and I find it a bit irritating - however, we bought it for our 5-year-old to time how long he gets to have his light on at bed time, and he LOVES it. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to use (you have to wind the timer ALL the way up if you want it to have a nice loud ring when the time is up, and then turn it back to the amount of time you actually want it to count off), but he now carries it around all day, asking, “how long til dinner? Ok I’ll set my timer. How long til we leave? Ok I’ll set my timer...” And it works great for the initial intended purpose of letting him know when to turn off his light.

not as good after 4 months
The design is so cute and the color is my kid's favorite. I used it for timer my kid's reading. I want my kid to go rest every 20 minutes. It works good at the beginning. But after 4 month, it didn't click after turned the pointer. Have to shake it on the table to make it work. It is not an expensive one but still feel disappointed for only 4 months' of life span.
