Novatec Steel Pegs for 3/8 inch axles, Black

They're big--both diameter and length--they're heavy, the threading is correctly cut and I'm not worried they'll tear out or slip. Put them on a BMX I was building for beach / campground use and they work well, not uncomfortable to ride a passenger in flip flops or even barefoot. I have no clue if they'd satisfy for grinding, that's not my scene.

The great thing about these steel pegs is that I was able to drill out the thread and replace with an M12 1.25 thread for my ebike axle. Also, the 1 1/8” diameter smooth portion closest to the frame allowed a shaft collar to be installed for my bike rack. Great luck and great product!

Had to use a tap to make them fit but after that they look great and are very solid.

These are solid and support my weight (185lbs) as well as the weight of any of my kids, who like to ride standing on the rear axle of my mountain bike. Makes for great tricks, multiple riders, and good times! I take my kid to school on my bike using this and she loves it.

Yes, the reviews were right, this is really drilled off center. you will notice when you try to put it on, it'll sway back & forth from being off center. it's hard to believe in this day & age of modern machinery like drill presses.

I got these for my son's new bike after being annoyed with the construction of another pair. This pair is excellent, screws directly onto the axle and has holes to put something through to give you the torque to get them on tightly (I used a long screwdriver). Fast and easy installation, and my son loves them! Make sure you get the right size for your bicycle axle.

I added a passenger seat on the rear rack on my bicycle. Bought these as foot-rest pegs. They fit great and the black matches my bike.
