I bought these to replenish my travel stash in general, but also for the specific purpose of keeping a bunch of ready to go bottles of hand sanitizer on hand. They arrived closely packed in a box, with the caps in a plastic bag. I don’t recall any protective wrapping. I inspected them all for cracks, then tested a few for leaks, no problem. They were easy to fill from a one gallon pump bottle my husband brought home. They are not really “squeeze bottles”, at least not in my definition. My weak hands need to apply some force to dispense the gel, but it does flow. This is okay for thin gel hand sanitizer as it prevents wastage. I always get too much from pump bottles. I’ve had one of these 2 ounce bottles rolling around my very large and crowded handbag for a few weeks with no leakage.If your purpose is to squeeze out more viscous liquids, say shampoo, you might have to remove the cover, or at least loosen it to allow air in to encourage flow. I suppose you could increase the hole size with a drill (or maybe an awl or nail and hammer) but the cap may not seal tightly anymore. If thicker liquids are your purpose, I recommend you buy another type of bottle instead. In my experience the cloudy plastic is softer, and dispenses more easily. I do not have this one, but maybe something like it will work for you. Do read all descriptions before buying. We actually use these to hold paint for our son’s spin art and they hold a jar of paint perfectly. No messy jars anymore, no lost caps like with the first type of bottles we tried, and easy for him to handle yet durable enough that he hasn’t managed to break any yet. For us, it was an immediate win and will replace even if they do unexpectedly start to break or something. So far they’re perfect for our use though!

I bought these bottles to fill with holy water for a retreat and they were perfect. I like their sturdiness and the tall, thin shape. I'd buy them again!

I love these bottles for ceramic paints..my second purchase. They are sturdy. I take issue with Amazons description telling me my package is damaged, but my product is "like new" when upon receipt several of the bottles are creased, cracked, dented and unusable. Second time Ive gotten burned with this description.

Kids took them to camp. And we used them for international travel in our carry ons. Worked well and sturdy enough for both.

I wish I could give this more stars. The size and shape are perfect for so many uses, including for hand sanitizer. Unfortunately, the flip cap is simply not secure. It screws shut fine, but the flip top doesn’t close at all tightly and opens if you breathe on it, so you can’t keep this anywhere but upright and someplace where it won’t jostle open at the smallest provocation. I hope for the company’s sake that this is a manufacturing quality error and not a design error. But for me, they can’t be used at all. I wanted these to send gifts of grab-n-go sanitizer to family and friends who really need it. I had to go with another brand that has a flip top that stays firmly closed while easy to open with a little force from a finger. I’m sorry this didn’t work out.

I’m always losing my travel size items so now I don’t have to worry. Used these for a week trip and it was perfect. I even have a few leftover for when I lose the current ones and need more. The price was great too!

Perfect for what I wanted them for. Exactly what I hoped for, size-wise and sturdiness-wise. We use them for lotions, shampoos, etc for our Airbnb guests.
