if someone wants to know exactly what this item is about let me explain below as I have purchased this and am ready to give me experiment for the public. i certainly believe you may be looking for some helpful notes.This item is a flexible cutting board. what i mean to say by flexible is that this can be bend to pour into the pot or pan when you cut anything to cook. this is extremly amazing. the stricky colors and the big board. it is durable and will not move all over the place when i cut and prepare meals on them. they are easy to clean however the back has like a grid somewhat which is not as simple as the top. however i wont say it is yet hard. but not that easy as the top it is though a big board and for big family this is perfect. however when i travel i would like something small and compact this is missing from this amazing cutting board. however i find the <a href="https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SF6RJBN/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=flexible+cutting+board">Flexible Cutting Board</a> which is really amazing because of its thin and small size. i have also used my Miracle veggie brush <a href="https://www.amazon.com/affordable/dp/B088KQFWQ1/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=vegetable+brush">Miracle Vegetable Brush</a> a lot which makes everything including this board a real miracle. as life is full of miracles. especially todays days when bacetria and insects can be all over the place i would get everything disinfected and cleaned prior working with food. said 1 Certified Board of education staff, the cleaner the person the cleaner the life the healthier you. that is definetly the # 1 Job today days with these world wide spread pandemic. so get those little gadgets and keep safe all the time.

I received these cutting boards yesterday and extremely happy about how their made. I needed to cut up some sausage for my dinner, and used one to test out. The cutting board didn't move as advertised and was able to fold up the product to transfer the sausage into the pot. I only cook for myself so not needing a huge cutting board is ideal for me. Also they're easy to clean which saves lots of time. I go car camping on a regular basis so this will also save space in my kitchen kit as well.

Easy to use and store; very easy to clean. If need to have smaller pieces can be cut to whatever size you need. Can use different colors for chicken, pork or beef.

These need to be on a SOLID surface like a table or wooden block before use. Otherwise you're not going to get the kind of result you want from it.These have TWO SIDES. They are obviously different. The SMOOTH side always faces up, that is the working surface. It's smooth so it's easy to clean and things don't stick to it. The side with the CHECKER PATTERN is the bottom, it has more GRIP to hold the mat in place while you're using it, prevents it from sliding across the table on you. The bottom side is harder to clean because of the pockets in the middle of the checker squares. So don't use it as a working surface, try to always keep the bottom of the mat sitting on a CLEAN surface.In terms of durability, it's alright. Just bear in mind that it is soft plastic so it will take some serious wear over time. Might last you for a couple of years before it needs to be replaced, depending how much chopping and slicing you do.All in all, it's a pretty good cutting mat. Not perfect, but for the price... yeah I'd buy it again.

These cutting boards are great I use them only to cut meat I use one for beef and one for chicken I have a main cutting board that I use for all other things but these are great for cutting meat on them they are so easy to clean they are durable and they come in a pack of 4 for such a cheap price so I have extra for when the ones I am using wear out. I like that by using these it keeps my main cutting board clean and germ free from the the meat juices and blood, I will be ordering more when I run out of these.

I bought a set of thee mats a little over a year ago. I have used 1 or 2 of them almost every day and they protect my counter from my knives on vegetables when don't feel like walking from the sink to my cutting board. I also feel more comfortable hygienically using them for slicing raw meat and poultry rather than directly on my cutting board. I bought this batch to replace my heavily used mats as they were pretty scratched up (not through) and at the low price of replacement, why not start fresh. They stay put on any surface and protect same plus they are as kind to my knives as my board.

Perfect for safety in cross contamination of food. Just dedicate each color to type of food. Bright, sturdy, appear to be of high quality.
