I have been using Aginine AKG powders for years prior to my workouts. It gives me a small boost in energy and strength that is noticeable, without any jitters. You may not really even realize it working. But, you should find your workouts to be more productive and sustained.I normally would give AKG powders 5 stars. However, I took away 1 star due to this products packaging. Most AKG powders that I have had come in a shorter, but wider container. This allows you to easily scoop out the powder, which can get everywhere if you are not careful.This product comes in a taller, thinner container. It has a short scoop that disappears and gets buried in the powder. My hands are not exceedingly large. But, I have trouble reaching in the container to get the scoop out, which I have to dig for in the powder. The end result is usually a big mess.AKG powder is extremely light, like flour. You certainly don't want to get it on your clothes, especially if they are dark.Good product. But, the container can be pretty aggravating for some (I don't have a lot of patience). My suggestion to the company is to switch to a shorter, wider container. Or, they could provide a longer measuring spoon that does not get lost in the powder.

This stuff is amazing! It gives me an unreal pump at the gym and it helps me train harder with more intensity. Only real downside is the soreness you're going to get from pushing your muscles to the limit. Not necessarily a bad thing but boy do you feel it lol. And on the plus side my girl also seems to be taking a liking due to the extra blood flow in the bedroom department if ya catch my drift ;) highly recommended and will definitely keep buying it!!

If you add one scoop of magnesium citrate to a 3-gram serving of Arginine AKG, it completely neutralizes the bad taste. I put this in my coffee every morning with a few drops of honey and cream, it is delicious.I think it would be a good idea if Nutricost would just package both powders together! I have noticed that magnesium is often times included with arginine and L-citrulline when in capsule form.

I mix this with my morning fiber supplement. It mixes well and has no taste that I notice.
