After so many research, I ordered this beautiful water purifier. Everything is good and the product is value for money. You are getting an alkaline candle for maintaining menerals also. Water taste is very good. Just go for it without hesitation. Don't look at costly brands. This budget machine can easily compete against other overrated brands. Installation service is absolutely free and very good. A highly recommended water purifier, specially, for budget oriented people. I am giving 5/5 stars to this product & installation service.

The product was good, but the service technician has cut the drain pipe very long, now the water is draining on the platform, Common sense need to prevail

Rev1. 05.09.2023I am writing this review after a use of 1yr 8months.Though the water output quality is ok. But I seriously doubt in the built quality. The entire RO unit is supported on the water tank. Few days back, all of sudden the entire unit fell from were the unit was installed. The unit couldn't withstand its own weight and fell and the entire unit brokedown. This because of the poor built quality. Upon asking about this the customer support dodged the issue by simply saying the product is out of warranty cover.What if it fell on someone, it is serious safety issue too. Please be aware of this issue.Rev0.I have been using it for about 1 month now. Tase of water is good. Water inlet TDS is about 1300 and the outlet get is about 50, no leaks, installation service in my hometown ( vellore) is available and it was done the next day of delivery

After a lot of research, I bought this. There will be multiple models with same look-a-like product images. I bought the one with 9 filters. After the purchase i don't find 9 filters and raised a Amazon ticket and the Konvio team told me that 1 filter is combined and another one is inside the water tank.I'm from TN, they don't have company service here. They looked upon Justdial and found a local guy and directed him to my home. Product is good. But they have sticked Jeeone stickers on top of Altis model - which I'm not sure whether the same company's product or not.

The media could not be loaded. Everything is amazing, it's been a year drinking water from this purifier. The only issue I have is leaking some water from the outlet pipe even it is off.

I like Konvio water purifier because the company arranged a technician he came and fitted it well. Water is also taste good. It's working very well. The technician charged 500₹ but done well. Water wastage is high. If you want a glass of water it uses two glass of raw water. But I feel it a good product and value for money.
