Good value
Good delivery looks good and sounds good as for the battery I can't say as it was a present.I also got some bluetooth headphones which give quality sound so I would recommend this MP3 player.

Could be better
Im really struggling with this, I’m finding it difficult to upload songs ( all of mine is on iTunes and it’s doesn’t seem to be compatible) I’m also struggling to connect the Bluetooth on my car and on a set of headphones.

Max Volume Too Low; Titles Inflexible
I use an MP3 player to listen to podcasts through the car radio via an audio cable with a jack into the AUX i/p in the car whilst driving. I previously had a Sansa Clip Zip which finally stopped working (after 8 years or so, good service). I decided to replace it with one that was physically larger as the Sansa one was so small it was difficult to pick it up without accidentally pushing a button and losing my place. I thought this one would fit the bill with the large non-touch sensitive display area. Unfortunately, I found two problems in the first two days of using it.The maximum volume is a little too low: I have maximized the volume in the device settings and set my radio to maximum volume but on a dual carriageway (60-70mph) the wind noise/road rumble in my Honda Jazz is loud enough for me to have to strain to make out what is being said. The volume is only marginally too low as I can her the spoken material clearly at lower speeds but unfortunately, I drive a lot on A-roads and motorways. I do have minor levels of hearing loss and tinnitis but not enough to require a hearing aid. Also, the title does not scroll on the display like my old Sansa and since the BBC/Radio 4 has taken to preceding the important part of the podcast title (the episode title) with their series name (e.g. "In Our Time") followed by an eight-digit code, identifying any podcast amongst the 300 I loaded onto it without listening to it first is impossible as the episode information is truncated off after the first three letters and there is no way to access the rest of the title. The touch buttons do seem very sensitive and I have not got the hang of navigating the device reliably but I assume that is simply due to lack of familiarity on my part, so I am not rating it down on that aspect.Unless there is a fix for at least the volume problem however, it will have to go back as it is not fit for my purposes.EDIT: I waited two weeks but never received a reply from Benji. In the meantime, I investigated further and discovered that my own stereo audio cable (supplied by Amazon a few years ago) was not making good contact on one channel. When I swapped to using the rather short one supplied with the player, there was a definite improvement in volume, so that seems to be the answer. Unfortunately, since the AUX socket on the radio projects outward and the MP3 player lies on the passenger seat, the cable bends down under its own weight and the stress on the internal connection to the jack with vibration from the car's motion eventually weakens and breaks it inside the cable. I have since bought a new one of better length than that supplied with the player. I have updated the star rating accordingly.

Great little MP3 player
Needed to replace my iPod when it started misbehaving after being dropped. As Apple no longer offer a direct replacement and their nearest equivalent was priced at a few hundred pounds, I decided to abandon the tyranny that is iTunes and spend less than £40 on this little beauty. Great value for money, simple to operate, easy Bluetooth connectivity, and excellent battery life. Only slight quibble, I would have liked a "loudness" selection within the eq choices, but otherwise, excellent product.
