Good temperature/humidity logger
I purchased this data logger to monitor the temperature & humidity in our data center. The connection to the PC is via USB and it works fairly well, however the software to gather data is rather archaic. The output is a text file which you can easily import into Excel for plotting if you need it. This was obviously an old serial data gathering application that was updated. Functional for what I need, but if you're expecting an intuitive GUI, you'll be disappointed. Don't even bother trying to set the parameters from the device, use the software.

Dissapointed with the performance of the product.
We have bought two items and when we turned on the equipment the data seemed to be good but when the relative humidity when above 80% the data changed from each item, one 94% and the other 83% to much difference for 2 devices in the same place, we also saw the error test but the equipment is new, we will check this product with our electricity technician and also will need to calibrate the product but it appears that it was not calibrated from factory.
