The connecter worked
I have experience with oxygen tubing. I needed some length and got these for that purpose and they worked. They connected very easily and held on the connection until I chose to unplug it. They are hard plastic and do not bend. They did not obstruct air flow at all and worked as intended.

Good product.
Worked well for the O2 line I had to slice.

Removes annoying kinks in oxygen tubing
While visiting my mother recently I noticed her oxygen tubing was winding around itself and kinking, which was also cutting off the amount of oxygen she was actually getting. It reminded me of those old phone cords that become so kinked that eventually the length is completely gone.I immediately researched and purchased this product that day. As promised, it arrived 2 days later, which was very important as I was only there for 5 days and I live 10 hrs away. Although my mom was very nervous about me "playing around with her oxygen", it was very easy to replace the straight connector with this swivel one.I was somewhat concerned, because some reviews indicated the swivel could slightly reduce the oxygen flow, so I kept checking her oxygen level with a device also purchased through Amazon Prime. Her oxygen level remained stable throughout my visit and no more kinked tubing. That was approx. 2 weeks ago. She called me last night to again thank me for this swivel connector. Such a small inexpensive item has greatly reduced the stress and inconvenience she had been experiencing previously. I only wish I had known about the problem and this product earlier. I will certainly be purchasing more of these for her to have on hand.*One note to be aware of though, my mom would not have been able to switch the connectors herself. Obviously they need to fit tightly inside the ends of the tubing so it takes a little, not much though, strength to connect them completely. I highly recommend these.

Good product; but packaging was small problem.
Small package with connectors was slightly damaged in shipment, probably due to loose packing or defective package. Finally located second connector which was loose in packaging materials. Both connectors are apparently in fine condition. Good product that we have used before. No problems with swivel sticking. Really helps keep hose untangled.

Holds the O2 tubing together
The price is very reasonable and I received the swivels right on time. My husband wears oxygen 24/7 and he likes enough tubing to walk all over the house and into the garage. These swivels preform exactly as expected. They never ever pop off, which would be disastrous. They are sturdy and last a long time. I only change them when it's time for new tubing. They are so easy to use, you just push them in the end of the tubing and you're done!

Worth every cent...
I bought two for a fifty foot hose and they work perfectly. I am a retired nurse and I only wish I would have known of these adapters when I was dealing with those “hoses” in my work...I cannot understand any other rating then a five, they DO what they say and do it well. It is SO much of a blessing not having to untwist my hoses all the time and it improves air flow also! I have strong hands so I was able to push the hoses on the adapters, but if your hands are weak just heat the two ends up in a cup full of hot water and you can slip them on all by yourself. Also for a fifty foot hose place one near your nasal cannula about 1 and a half feet away then place another nearer the concentrator about 20-30 feet from the other one. Good luck and I am ordering some back up ones right now...

IMPORTANT WARNING
No more kinks now! BUT,The connector may leak air reducing your prescribed oxygen flow rate. To fit the tubes onto the connector put tube in boiling water to soften. Then push onto the connector. It is very important to test the connection for air leaks. Even though it appears to be secure, it probably isn’t. Submerse the connection into a bowl of water to make sure there are no leaks. To seal any leaks use a good plastic or pvc glue. Let it dry and cure then test again. I used JB Weld Plastic Bonder from Amazon for $8. Used black so it would show up in this photo.
