La Dolce Vita Classic Almond Italian Biscotti Cookies, Gourmet Coffee & Tea Dipping Snack, 40 oz Jar

This is a huge amount of delicious crunchy thick biscotti full of whole almonds at a great price. They come in a big plastic jar that keeps them fresh and prevents breaking in shipment. They're good to have on hand with coffee or tea. Serve a couple with ice cream and it becomes a desert worthy of company. Every time I shared these treats people commented on how good they were.

This is the best, most authentic biscotti I've tried. I used to buy at Costco, but when they quit selling them, I found them on Amazon. (They've recently returned to Costco.) The flavor is excellent, with a nice delicate almond/anise vibe that pairs wonderfully with a good cup of coffee. The texture isn't too soft or too hard; it's just right for dunking. My husband eats them as a just sweet enough cookie.

Bought these Biscotti as Christmas Gifts. Great Biscotti at a great price. Was extremely disappointed as I went back after the Holidays to buy another and found the price had risen at least $5.00. Not a fair thing to do, therefore out of principle, I will not be buying another unless the price goes down. Sorry not fair to fool the elderly!!!!

These biscottis are delicious and addictive. The only problem from Amazon is careless shipping. The container of cookies was bouncing around in a box without packaging material. I frequently buy dog treats that have been more carefully packed for shipping. These were purchased as a gift but they are not presentable to give! Lots of broken cookies and crumbs.

Talk about a good Italian cookie! The baked Almonds are yummy. Not stale and harder, crunchy texture, sweet, but not overly sugary. Low calories because they are minis.

I should have learned by now not to buy jumbo packages of cookies or sweets. These are nice and crunchy with a subtle anise flavor. They are a little hard, but that's not a problem if you're dipping them. It's just too easy to sit there and keep eating them. I have no self-control...

It pains me to write this however the recipe has been changed. Now the biscotti are too sweet, not dense, more airy than previously. The almond flavor is essentially nonexistent compared to even a year ago. I’ve never had good luck ordering from Amazon since Amazon had decided they will add one piece of paper in the box instead of actual packaging the box so the items won’t break. We now go to Costco or you can buy directly from manufacturer.

I received this biscotti container at Christmas from a friend. She got them at Costco. I found them on Amazon and they are delicious. Very authentic and perfect to have with coffee, tea or just because.
