I made moon cakes several times of the last few years to share the tradition with my coworkers. Regardless of the recipe I used, I found these molds worked really well on all of them. I've been so happy with the design, and I find it relatively easy to use and clean.

Easy to use after you figure out how to change our the design plates. A slight twist of the handle does the trick, but no manual, or instruction. Glad I didn't ruin it with my prying with a butter knife! I love all of the designs and easily releases the moon cake.

I like the size, and I could make many mooncakes with many different patterns which I love, the sturdiness is good, and is very functional after learning how to replace the different indenting faces it was easier to clean. It would be ideal to buy many if you’re making hundreds and possibly ones made of metal. The baking capacity is the right size for me though.

This moon cake mold is pretty nice. My daughter needed to make some for her class project. She used foam clay and it turned out really nice. You need to dust the inside of the mold with Cornstarch first so the clay doesn't stick to it. The size of this moon cake is a little smaller than the real store bought ones, but it served it's purpose. The mold is made out of thick plastic and is pretty sturdy.

These are made for food processing but I can not review them based on that. I purchased them to press out shower steamers. It was not useful for pressing steamers. The mechanics just are not solid/strong enough for doing so. Made from a light weight plastic.

Actually these are fun to use. Best part of whole process! Perfect size. Very sturdy. Like have pattern options. Very happy with purchase. I’ve made moon cakes 3 times with these molds. The molds are great, it will take me a while to make great looking 月饼。

I purchased this for my wood soap pieces, and it works perfectly. Also a great price.
