Just bought for the first time. I thought this was a natural deodorant and it is not. It is a traditional deodorant but it works like no other I have tried. It is like a gel/lotion and goes on easy. I don't have to use much. Seems to work great for at least 24 hours and I really like the lavender scent. I am scent sensitive and this does not bother me. I sometimes find myself wondering what smells so nice and then it dawns on me it is me! :) I will buy this product again for my traditional deodorant needs.

I've tried many types of deodorant and this one is hands down the best solution I've found for underarm sweat and odor. I tend to sweat a lot and I'm currently in perimenopause, so I feel like my pits are stinkier than they used to be. I'm on my second tube of this stuff and it works great. It even kept me smelling fresh during a full day in a Florida theme park in early June 🥵. I usually apply at night and then again in the morning (I saw this recommended on a forum somewhere). I've also had multiple days where I showered in the morning, so only applied in the morning and it works just as well. I haven't noticed any skin reactions to the product (and I have had sensitive armpits in the past with standard deodorants). I feel like this lasts for a really long time. I have gone full days on the weekend without reapplying from the day before. If you want a great deodorant that works well on smell and sweat, this is for you. The only downside I've found is that if you get any on your hands, it is hard to wash off (I assume this is why it works so well). The product is a lotion that comes in a deodorant style applicator. I haven't noticed any staining on my clothes.

I’ve used carpe for several months and I’ve tried a few of the scents, my favorite being coconut vanilla. Do not expect this to be like your typical antiperspirant or deodorant because it works to reduce odor causing bacteria rather than just masking it. I realized that it also works better the longer you use it. One time I was at military training and I forgot to apply it one afternoon. To my surprise after standing in the heat I was still fresh. Some pro tips, do not apply this like regular deodorant, a very small amount goes a long way. Think of it as a balm or lotion, a tiny amount is highly effective. My one concern is that it does get white on your garments but realizing you don’t need that much of it mitigates this quite a bit. It recommends applying at bedtime which will cut it down more but as a gym rat I’m showering too much for that to be possible. It can be sensitive to high heat so if you are traveling with it in extreme conditions just keep it upright in your bag. Overall this product is worth the cost and you’ll quickly realize it’s not like any other deodorant you’ve used.

The best deodorant/anti perspirant I have ever found. I sweat a lot but also have very sensitive skin and this is the only antiperspirant I have ever used that keeps me dry and smelling good without giving me chemical burns.

I have tried many deodorants in the past including clinical grade deodorants and this is one of the only deodorants that genuinely last the whole day and longer. For reference I sweat excessively, run hot very easy and move around a lot in my workplace it keeps me mostly dry throughout the day compared to my other deodorants. The smell is very pleasant since I’m a huge vanilla and coconut fan. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I notice it does work better with a shaved/waxed armpit(could be a dealbreaker if you don’t shave/wax) + it does pill up a bit and if you wear tight clothing or/and have sensitive skin it could be a bit itchy.

I have been using Carpe for going on two years now. This is the only deodorant I have ever used that really deoderizes. So it is totally worth the money, although it is ridiculously expensive. However, I would like to complain about the packaging. It is designed to rip off the customer. You think you are getting a whole stick of deodorant when actually there is only actual product in about half of the stick. I only found this out because twice the dial didn't work, and so I pried the top off with a pair of tweezers. Obviously then, too, the packaging is not top quality.

Overpriced and underperforming. Carpe doesn't tell you in any of their ads that you're supposed to apply it twice a day for maximum effectiveness. They also don't mention that the little tubes are only 2/3 full when new. The tubes also need to be rolled back after use otherwise you waste the precious little expensive lotion you get due to continuous positive pressure. I'm a person that sweats a TON. Rx strength women's deodorant is not enough. I use Old Spice with all that nasty aluminum that's loaded with chemicals. Works decently, people don't complain that I smell. I use Old Spice once a day and it controls the sweat and odor about as well as carpe does when applied twice a day. So I ended up paying a premium for something that I have to use twice as often to reach a similar level of effectiveness. Doesn't make sense. The smell of this one was fine, not offensive. No complaints there. It dried quickly and didn't leave a ton of residue on clothing. I did end up with residue on my bedding because it takes a bit to dry and I was applying it right before bed. Less than ideal, but not a huge deal. For the cost, it definitely does not last long enough. I'd rather stick with Ols Spice that's much cheaper, I can use less, and I don't end up feeling like I have wet armpits until the Carpe drives. It's kind of a cold wet, slick, and not super pleasant. Would be worth it if it worked as well as the ads make you want to believe.

This deodorant actually works great, but unless you enjoy gumming up the stick and wasting product, shave or trim your pits. It’s not meant to battle a rainforest. I just wish the coconut scent were stronger and stuck around longer. I want to smell like I just got back from vacation, not like I walked past someone who did. I was ready to gripe about the price, but then I read reviews from people who only use it once a day. If that’s all it takes, maybe it’s not expensive, it’s just confident. I’ll test that theory before I complain. New users, take note: you do NOT need to slather this stuff on like frosting a cake. A swipe or two and you’re golden. Overall, it’s a damn good deodorant. If price weren’t an issue, I’d toss every other stick I own and make this my forever pit partner.
