I was going to cannibalize some of them to make other bracelets but these are very beautiful. I have 7 inch wrist and most of them are good, some of them one 8 mm bead small which doesn’t matter because they are all magnetic, stick to each other. No gaps. . I tested all hematite parts and they do pull a steel pin easily. I can’t talk to health benefits, it is hard to believe that kind of esoteric stuff. However, as Terry Pratchett would say whatever you believe that is what happens to you when you die in the Discworld. Here is my story and the absolute truth. I read about a different bracelet to lose weight. I laugh and so sad people take advantage of desperation. So I can to Amazon to see if they had another claim of "miracle" lose weight bracelets and they do. Around the same costly price. I am far from desperate could stand to lose a couple of pounds and definitely inches. I ran across these. WOW I thought but they were nice looking and bought them for that. Put them on thinking nothing about it. I went to the bathroom tinkle all night long. I do retain water. Thought nothing about it using the bathroom often and second night all night long like 5 to 6 times I'm not sleeping now. After three days I was telling my family I think these bracelets are doing something so everyone now thinks I a little nuts. Yeah bracelets I sound crazy and it happen again so the next night I took them off and it did not happen put it back on and the next night just like a faithful water pill. Now I know it's the bracelet. Go to my mom's house and she has one hand that stays cold. Pour circulation. I told her about the bracelets she put 4 of them on, kid you not 20 minutes later her hand is normal temperature. We both screamed. She has to wear a glove on one hand and has had the cold hand for years poor circulation. I am such a believer in this oh my gosh. My daughter suffers from migraines but won't take meds I gave her these. Now I'm completely out and ordering more. They are beautiful, work, and are affordable. I'm buying two more packs. They are fitting, like close to the skin. Wow I am blown away.

My wrist feels less strained, and the relief is real.The only downside is the durability. While the beads themselves seem sturdy, the string holding them together isn’t the strongest. Over time, it tends to rip, which is frustrating because the bracelets are so effective otherwise. I wish they were made with a stronger material to make them last longer.That said, for the relief they provide, I’d still recommend giving them a try. If you’re dealing with carpal tunnel and looking for an alternative solution, these bracelets are worth it—even if you might need to restring them at some point!

Quality product, did not disappoint, relieves pain. Had them on a few hours and could feel the difference. Took off to bath and some pain returned, put back on ankle and pain decreased. They are also very beautiful. I have purchased 3 more sets. All family wearing them.

Nice variety but the sizes varied so much that I retuned the pack. Could not wear at least half of them.

After being desperate to try anything to relieve the pain in my arms and hands I made the purchase- received the bracelets yesterday, and the moment (not even exaggerating) I put the bracelet on I felt a tingling sensation in my hands. I was experiencing pain SO bad that I was waking up every 20 to 30 minutes. With excruciating pain to the point of tears and the lack of sleep for the last year and a half it has really been taking a toll on my physical and mental health. I can 1000% say that last night, because of these bracelets was my first night of full rest. NO PAIN. I am so grateful. If you've run out of options like I did- DO NOT WAIT. Buy the bracelets. If I could give 10 stars I would. Life changing.

Order came in fast, and the bracelets all look like in the picture. Bought them for my kids. If you plan on wearing them all the time, the wear and tear happens quick (within a couple months), but if you're using them periodically, you should be able to make them last a long while.
