Arrived promptly and good quality

I was so pleased with the quality of the first of these rugs I purchased that, immediately on receiving it, I ordered a second. This review covers both my purchases. Some jute rugs are rather thin and insubstantial - these ones are not ! These rugs are robust, well made and competitively priced.

Great product

Great size and quality. Thick, sturdy and looks super

I received my rug quickly, especially considering the current COVID-19 situation. It is thick, durable and looks good, WARNING However, I did notice that after having the rug in my room for 24 hours, I started to experience shortness of breath. I spent all day in my room working from home. Initially I thought perhaps I was just feeling stressed about the Coronavirus situation and work, and thought it would go away. Several hours passed and I was still feeling tight in my chest and struggling to breathe. I didn't have any other symptoms of coronavirus, just this tight feeling preventing my lungs from filling up to full capacity. So, I went for a walk to get some fresh air and started to feel better. It then suddenly dawned on me that it could be this new rug. I took it out of my room and, after an hour or so, I felt a lot better and was able to breathe properly and again. I am 27 and haven't suffered from asthma since I was a very young child. So, I started to look at Jute allergies and found a lot of stories and research that links asthma and general respiratory problems with jute and burlap. I've asked the seller to issue a warning on the rug so that others do not find themselves in similar situations or worse. Be careful.

Das Produkt an sich ist toll. Sieht super aus, stinkt keineswegs und ist schön weich. Toller Teppich. Leider ist die zweite Lieferung nicht angekommen aber der Verkäufer hat sich umgehend gemeldet um Ersatz zu senden.

Prima Preisleistung. Dicker als erwartet. Schönes, robustes Teil.

Extrem schnelle Lieferung (innerh. v. 24 Stunden), Verarbeitungsqualität des Teppichs auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung. Leider stärkerer Schimmelgeruch, Material fühlt sich leicht feucht an. Keine sichtbaren Schimmelspuren erkennbar. Bei dem günstigen Preis werde ich den Teppich nicht zurückschicken, sondern vorerst versuchen, den Geruch durch Lüften und mit Schimmelspray zu entfernen.
