Helpful and easy to use
Really works! Smoother than frozen peas and stays on better too. Really helpful with a recent head injury and concussion. Nice and soft. Includes plastic storage bag so it doesn't pick up random smells from freezer. Stays cold good amount of time. Only change i would make would be a thicker fabric on inside, I need a thin towel at first because its too cold directly on my skin.

Lifesaver for Headaches and Migraine Relief!
I bought the IceBeanie after seeing positive reviews, and I’m honestly so glad I did. I suffer from migraines and tension headaches, and this has become my go-to remedy. The beanie fits snugly but comfortably on my head, covering my forehead, temples, and back of the neck all at once. The gel inserts get cold quickly in the freezer and stay cold for a decent amount of time—about 20 to 30 minutes of cooling relief, which is perfect for most of my flare-ups. I love that it’s hands-free, so I can still relax, lie down, or even walk around without having to hold anything in place. The material is soft and stretchy, and the stitching feels high quality. It doesn’t feel bulky, and it’s not overly cold to the point of discomfort—just very soothing. It’s also been great for reducing puffiness or cooling down after workouts or hot days.If you’re looking for a natural, non-medicinal way to deal with headaches, migraines, or even sinus pressure, this is 100% worth trying. Highly recommend!

LIFE-CHANGING RELIEF FOR MIGRAINE SUFFERERS
As someone who struggles with debilitating migraines, I’ve tried everything—medications, essential oils, blackout curtains, you name it. But nothing has brought me the instant, soothing relief like the IceBeanie Migraine Relief Cap. This product has truly changed my life. The moment I put it on, I felt the cool, calming effect begin to work. The 360° full-head and eye coverage is genius—every part of my head that usually throbs during a migraine is covered, including my temples, forehead, and even my eyes. The Proprietary Gel-Tech stays cold longer than any ice pack I’ve used before, giving me the time I need to relax and ride out the pain without constantly getting up to refreeze. It’s incredibly soft, stretchy, and comfortable, which is important when you’re hypersensitive to everything during a migraine. I can even pull it over my eyes to block out the light and get full-face relief—total game changer. What really sets the IceBeanie apart is the dual therapy feature. I’ve used it cold for migraines and hot for tension headaches or neck stiffness, and it works wonders both ways. Plus, it’s lightweight, portable, and doesn’t have any weird odors—perfect for taking with me when I travel or need relief at work.I also appreciate that it’s form-fitting and stays in place, even if I move around or fall asleep with it on. I never feel like I have to constantly readjust it, which makes a huge difference when all I want is to rest.If you suffer from migraines, headaches, hangovers, or even just stress tension—do yourself a favor and get this cap. I honestly don’t know how I managed before discovering the IceBeanie. It’s not just a product—it’s peace of mind.

Migraine relief in a beanie
I received the day I ordered which was great since I had a massive migraine.I did have to wait 2 hours freezer time as instructed before I could use it. Beware because it is really really cold right out of the freezer and initially gives you brain freeze.I did take it off for a few minutes after the first minute of putting it on only because of the intense cold from the freezer. I love cold on my head when I have a migraine but it was like dipping your head in an ice bath 🥶. After I let it sit for a few minutes it felt great! I did try putting it in the refrigerator the next time around and that worked much better for me.Maybe a half hour in the freezer would be sufficient.I love that it's a beanie style because it cools your entire head, temples and eyes if you want. The material is super soft and comfortable when you lay on a pillow. It fits on your head tight enough so that it puts just enough pressure that it relieves the pounding. This beanie is much nicer than using an ice pack or bag of frozen peas. And no wet pillow to deal with!!The reason why I have given 4 stars is because it doesn't last long. I think it was 15 - 20 minutes and I had to put it back in the freezer because it was completely room temperature.I'm on the fence whether I return or not.I guess having 2 would take care of that decision, but why should I have to buy 2.

Soothing Relief When You Need It Most
I’ve been dealing with migraines and tension headaches for years, and this cap has been a total game changer. It’s made of a soft, stretchy material that fits snugly without feeling too tight. The cooling gel provides even coverage around my entire head, especially the forehead, temples, and neck—exactly where I need relief. It stays cold for a surprisingly long time, and I love that it doesn’t leak or have any strange smell like some other ice packs I’ve tried. It’s easy to store in the freezer and ready to use whenever I feel a headache coming on. I’ve even used it after long days to just relax and decompress. If you’re looking for a natural, comfortable way to manage head pain or stress, this is definitely worth trying.
