Great Workout!
I purchased the water weights last summer and forgot about them! I started aquacise again and I remembered to bring them to class. They are very good for my shoulder when working out. The buoyancy is just great. It provides enough resistance without hurting yet, you feel like you've worked out! I really enjoy using these. I truly get a better workout by using them than without. Also, they are very durable. They dry quickly and they are easy to carry. I highly recommend these for anyone looking for a good workout and my have shoulder or arm issues.

Really adds resistance to a workout
They were well made, and arrived timely. I bought these because the hand hold bar was longer than others. I wanted to put them under my arms for added buoyancy for a deep water aerobics class. Although they were long enough, the bell portion is larger around than the medium weight and has sharp edges. It cut into my arms. In addition, they offered too much resistance for me to push them below the surface of the water. They just weren't a good fit for me. I returned them.

These Aquatic Dumbells are amazing
I bought two sets of the high-density aquatic dumbbells to change up my Aqua Fit classes. We had been using weights and aquatic bells. The aquatic dumbbells have far better resistance than the bells and are not hard on the hands like weights are. The class loved them so much I bought two more sets so more people can reap the benefits of using them.

Husband was shocked
My husband thought it was silly to but these since they are so lightweight. Guess who used these EVERY time in the pool? He discovered the resistance and the great workout he got with them. Will be purchasing another set I guess for me next swim season!

Very happy with my purchase. I had taken an aquafit class and wanted some dumbbells for my pool at home. These might be a bit larger than those used at the pool but I love them. Used them every day and look just like new.
