Really good product. Works well, hidden when it in use. I used a professional installer to put this on the side of my garage. Electrician coming tomorrow to hide the power cord. We are happy.

I purchased this screen 4 months ago thinking I was getting a decent quality screen. It worked great the first 6 times but when I went to use it two days ago the screen did not work. It's not making any noise so I'm guessing the motor is dead. I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing helped. I tried contacting elite multiple ways and they will not answer the phone or return my call. The customer service is horrible if you have any issues. Amazon told me to bad since it's outside the return window like I would ever send this back anyway. I highly recommend you spend your money somewhere else.

The media could not be loaded. This was easy to install and only took a few minutes. You do need two people to attach the screen to the clamps. The screen retracts and lowers easily. It is a nice quality screen. We use the Goodee YG600 projector with the screen. We got the projector on the Goodee website for $99. Overall a nice little setup with a great picture.

This was ordered two weeks ago and shipped with a company called NSD that I've never heard of. It arrived in Oklahoma City one week ago (2 hours from our home) and was finally delivered today. We have not had the opportunity to open it and inventory parts and damage yet, but the package was destroyed with numerous holes and it is highly unlikely that it will be useful. I'm so disappointed after reading such great reviews from this product and paying the hefty price which I thought would be a good investment. I'll update this post after we've opened it and investigated further, but even if it works, I wouldn't trust it to last after all the obvious abuse it underwent on the way to us. I'm disappointed that the company would use such a horrendous shipping company for something so nice.

Easy to install and we use it almost every night. Watch movies, TV, and play video games from the pool. What is not to love

Unit arrived with no power button, two huge creases across the entire screen, and was bent in the middle of the frame. Shipping box was in pristine condition upon arrival, which tells me that it came from the factory like this. Ended up returning unit. Big disappointment.
