I expect to get what was ordered right the first time.
This was the second order for two pairs of shoes. The first order for both shoes I ordered size 12. One of the pairs arrived, I put them on. They’re 2 sizes to big😩The other pair was too small. After returning the shoes I was credited to my amazon card. I ordered again two pairs. Once again one pair suppose to be size 12. I received size 13! The other pair fit well. The issue was one of the shoes laces missing end piece, shown in photos.

I LOVE these. I had been wearing Caterpillar boots and Carolina boots for over a year and they were just too heavy and too expensive considering the CATs fell apart in no time. These are awesome! So comfortable. I forget that I’m ever wearing steel toe. They are so light. 10/10! Get these!!
