The best strings ever.
I’ve used multiple other big name guitar string brands. NYXL, EB slinky’s, and many many others. These are by far the very best strings I’ve ever played. They sound clear, feel smooth in your fingers, and they stay sounding new for a much longer time than any other strings I’ve used before.

Stringjoys are fantastic strings, but this gauge isn't quite right for me
Picked up a set of the 7-string 9-60's. Previously, the guitar had EB Regular Slinkys (10-56, which I hate). They're really unbalanced and the low B - on a 25.5" scale - wasn't nearly thick enough. These are trending in the right direction. the 60 is... well, it's okay. I want more, but the tuning machine won't fit larger unless I drill it out (which I'm not going to do). But going to 9's was maybe a bit too far for this particular guitar on the treble side. I'll likely order a 9.5-60 custom set next time, direct from Stringjoy. But that's my problem with trying to figure out what's right for me and my guitar. Stringjoy strings are amazing. I go back and forth between Stringjoys and D'addarios, depending on the guitar (there's a small difference in tension in the two). They last a long time and feel great on the fingers. No complaints, and I'll definitely get more Stringjoys again!

Incredible for dropped tuning
I used this set to tune my 7 string down to drop G and it still performed. A little floppy so I wouldn’t recommend it lower then G# on the low end but if you like a fast style of strings you can’t go wrong with anything from StringJoy

Great for drop tuning!
I had been looking for strings could handle a tuning as low as Drop F, but I didn’t want to purchase an eight string pack; So after suggestion from my buddy, Fabian, the guitarist for Ritual of Despair, I decided to give them a try and they were worth every penny! I love the feel of the strings, and I love the coating on them! These strings are immaculately thick for drop F tuning, easy to install and great sounding string! From now on the 13-74 set is my go to for my Schecter Damien Platinum 7

Absolutely Perfect Strings
I'm a guitar player of over 20 years, and I have never encountered such quality strings in my life. Having taken a years-long break from playing full time, I recently decided it was time to get back in the fold.I wanted to completely redesign my tone, and for me, that starts with rethinking my string choice. I was a long-time D'Addario player, being that they are from my native Long Island, but I needed something stronger, better...different. Then I found Stringjoy. I took a chance and placed the order. When they arrived, I was delighted to see an actual hand-written signature penned in real ink on the box! This is clearly a company that takes pride in what they do.I finally got around to stringing up my 7-string with a pack of heavy bottoms, and after tuning up and plugging in, I was absolutely floored. The tone is rich and thick, and exactly what I was looking for. Stringjoy will be my go-to going forward. I'm delighted to have found such a quality manufacturer. Next, I'll be breathing new life into one of my 6-strings. Can't wait for that! Thanks for making such a great product, please keep it up!

Best strings out there
Super nice tone and clarity from these strings. First time I’ve tried these and very glad I did.

High quality strings ideal gauge
Ever since purchasing my first 7 string electric guitar I have been trying to find the right strings. The strings that came with the guitar were much too thin and would go sharp when striking the B string with any force. My guitar has a short Scale length at 25” so I need a high gauge string to keep tension when playing in drop A. I went from a .56 to a .64 to a .74 and have now settled on these .70’s. They are the perfect balance of thickness to keep intonation and tension when drop tuning, while not being so thick that it compromises playability and tone. Anything over .70 gauge is simply too thick of a string in my opinion. These strings are super high quality, and have significant less noise when dragging fingers across the strings, they have held tune on my Floyd rose after being set up and stretched and I will be buying these strings from now on.Sorry Ernie Ball, but these strings are superior and worth the kinda few bucks.
