Salutations,I'm here to inform you that if you were wondering if this product worked-it does. It took about a week to see results, but when it processed, it did it's job. Some tips though: If you're using this without applying decent meals, or exercise, you might run into problems (it'll take longer to go into effect).That said, I recommend doing (at minimum); after a meal of course, a session of 30 reverse navy pushups, 30 regular navy pushups, 2mins of planking (hold pushup position but don't got down; as well, flex abs and hold position/flex), 60 squats. Do stretches before each session to ensure better bloodflow (YouTube stretch techniques). Massage chest and arms afterwards and drink plenty of CLEAN water during sessions.Conclusion, this is what it says it is, but you must be willing to meet it with the same energy. If you want what it's giving, you must give some effort towards your outside too (you'll feel better for it). I hope this helps.

Saw this posted online in quite a few different forums( mainly on reddit) basically saying how great it was. Decided to read up on it, saw it was a pretty safe supplement so decided to give it a shot, and I have to say I am very impressed. I normally dont leave reviews, but for this product I just had to. I only gave 4 stars for now because I just started them 2 weeks ago and would like to see more on the progress before I give a full 5 stars. So far, in the just 2 weeks I can already see some growth. Mind you I'm an extremely small person, 23 years old and not even an AA. This could honestly be a life changer for me. I plan to continue taking them and update in a couple months.

I take a little bit more than they say to start the first week I took 3000 mg for the three days and then 4000 mgs to finish the first week to get a little bit more feel if I had any pain or ill effects and I don’t know if it plays a part but I felt my breasts a little bit fuller than usual and I will definitely keep taking it till I can get my female hormones approved. After 2 weeks, I doubled the dosage. Now that I've finished my first bottle, I've noticed my nipples are much more tender & sensitive than they were before. I'm looking forward to actually seeing growth.

This is my first time using this and here’s some things I’ve noticed from my experiences.(may be different for others)- I found that I saw stronger results when taking 1 serving (2 capsules / 1000mg) on an empty stomach in the morning. I noticed by body absorbs it better and it’s more potent.I also didn’t feel any sense of bloat or constipation either.- Drinks a full glass of water AFTER taking this pill because it’ll absorb easier and help the body break it down better.- Day 2: Skin felt softer to the touch!- Around Day 3 is when I started feeling “Breast Tingling” and sensitivity.- Day 9: Hips and Butt packed on weight and my whole body feels soft. Bicep area is taking a small round even shape.- Day 14: Mild Stage 1 Gynecomastia haha- The pills do work but remember, PM is a phytoestrogen and not as potent as Estradiol so youll expect slower effects over time, milder changes. Some within a few days, others within a week depending on your body’s biology.Note:I kept a journal that I wrote on everyday with dosages and notice of changes. Do this and find what works best for you.It says to take it with food but for me, I didn’t need to and the effects were better. Symptoms were milder too.In conclusion, phytoestrogen is like a plant horizons and with any hormone, things take time to slowly change.Someone said the effects reverse when off the PM pills but I haven’t noticed anything yet.
