Only a couple days in and it I can see some noticeable changes! I feel a great as well. I have been getting better sleep. I think it has a good amount for what you pay, but the dosage is too small to make it monthly with 90 capsules.

I purchased this as an estrogen natural replacement therapy as I found my breasts were losing volume and so were my arm muscles. I have taken 1 tablet daily since August and definitely noticed an increase in breast volume and hair volume growth. As far as side effects I haven’t noticed anything significant but am monitoring possible leg cramps that may or may not be related. Also, this can interfere with hormones so monitor that.

Update 11/15/2024: I've been using this for nearly 2 years and i can positively ave honestly say this actually works. Iused it for 6 months first off, then couldn't buy for 4 months got back on for 6 months and i was able to tell the difference from using the product compared to not having it. It does take roughly 2 weeks to ever your system and start feeling results about 1 month to see results. I religiously live this product. This is just an initial review. I have been using the Pueraria Mirifica for 2 weeks now and I am noticing extra fat storage or growth in my breasts. I am also using intermittent fasting for HGH activation and Multivitamin for more nutrients. for me the pill is super easy to swallow. But, for most the size can be intimidating making it hard to swallow which is why I gave it a 3 star for easy to swallow because I hear it every time I pull them out to take during lunch. OMG, how do you swallow those. I could never. HAHAHA. Easy for me. Flavor, they are flavorless so, that's awesome. The value; these are the best value I have seen online to help enhance breast growth using an all natural ingredient. I will retouch this review after each month as your body needs 90 days to fully adapt and change all cells. So, 90 days and the 180 day marks are best for true reviews and being able to see a change. If you like what I had to say so far. Check back next month and in 90 day and I'll do a 120 then the 180 day updates. ^_^ Overall; I enjoy the price, the company has been really nice and the product shows no reason to dislike. Historically, Pueraria has been used for thousands of years and has its benefits for other aspects of the human body. Recent research shows is can attribute to estrogen level increases which in turn should help your body sustain fat levels, a balanced estrogen level which should in turn help with plumpness and fullness in the breasts, hips and buttocks. I'll keep trying and see my experience. ^_^

Everything arrived sealed and clearly labeled, and the instructions were easy to understand. Customer service was responsive when I had a quick question. I’m following my clinician’s guidance and will update later after I’ve had more time with it, but overall the ordering experience and quality/packaging have been great.

Be taking for 4 months and a little bit of growth

I was so excited at first! Thinking oh my gosh! This actually works?? My breasts felt so much fuller and felt heavier to the touch and everything. Even noticed size difference in the mirror and was so excited. But then realized it was also my time of the month a week later and now I’m wondering if that’s all I was noticing, was because of my period and not the product because now the bottle is gone, take everyday, even increased my dose and my breasts are back down to my normal size from before starting these. I’m feeling so bummed and discouraged. But, I will order this second bottle and try some recommendations I read in another review (to take in morning on empty stomach with full glass of water, not with food, and to take 4 now that I’ve taken the starting dose for a week+). Hopeful I see changes like so many others and that they actually stay this time and not just during my period week. Fingers crossed 🙏🏼
