I was using the Rhythm at my local physical therapy but can only go in once a week because they are so far away. I am using this machine as well as other therapies to reverse neuropathy in my left leg. I am an amputee on the right and after having a hip replacement several years ago I was left with neuropathy in my left leg which has been progressively getting worse.I love the vibration plate helps stimulate blood flow but it also helps with balance, core strength and metabolism. It helps loosen my back when I use it and I feel great afterwards.I am thrilled I was able to get this equipment at home so I can use it daily. I like it has handles in case I need them but the way it’s built is very versatile.It was very easy to put together and easy to operate.

This vibration exercise machine was recommended by my physical therapist, and I absolutely love it. It’s compact and easy to move around the house, and the installation was simple enough for me to do on my own. The quality is great for the price—it’s much more affordable than similar models, but still very effective. I’ve been using it daily as part of my recommended routine. I am an 84-year-old woman and found the thing easy to put together. I didn't pay much attention to "Lymphatic Drainage" weird new age stuff. However, after the first day I no longer needed to wear compression socks, and I had less joint pain. I used the first program twice a day. I have been using it for a week and the most important thing I have found is less joint pain, even on my "bone on bone" ankle. The other significant thing is that my positional vertigo (which I have been fighting for years) has cleared up..

I have only used it about a week or two. Was easy to assemble with help from my husband.It’s very secure standing on it especially with handlebars. A big plus when you’re older.Manual makes it easy to follow a program, so you are slowly building up your stamina.

Easy to get a great workout. Perfect if you don't have alot of time 10-20 minutes is all you need. You will feel it working the first time you use it!

At first we were apprehensive, but learning from a cousin who referred us to try it, we did and feel much stronger after 1 month. I was a a lunch with friends yesterday and realized I could stand from a chair position w/o leaning on something to do so.My cousin’s chiropractor suggested this machine to him at age 80 because it strengthens the body core and actually promotes weight loss.Bonus buy and fun to use. We learned using this 10 min after simple stretches or bicycling, it is as effective as 1 hour workout. My husband & I are also seeing good results!

I love my Lifepro Rhythm Vibration Plate. It has releived my joint, back pain and body aches. Love that it has bars to hold onto. At my age (79) I need them. Still working on learning more about doing the exercises.

Not only 5 stars for the machine, but 10 stars for LifePro Customer Support. The first unit I received did not work. I contacted LifePro Customer Support and they replaced the unit! It works and is a vital piece of our home gym equipment. I was told I need to improve my balance and this machine is perfect. The rails give me an additional level of comfort. BTW. I read other reviews about bad Customer Service. Don't believe them. Use the email address in the manual. Works great.
