It works!
I purchased Elmer's Probond Advanced Professional Multi-Surface glue to repair a heavy 12" ceramic glazed pot. I had to break the pot to get the plant out so I could replant it. The pot broke into 2 easy pieces so it was an easy fix. This glue is not drippy and bonds easily, fast, and clear. It is a grey color when it comes out of the bottle. I put glue on one side of the pot and let it sit for about 2 minutes before pressing the two sides together. I followed the instructions and left it overnight to cure. The bottle says this glue is non-toxic and 100% weatherproof. I have not used the pot yet for another plant, but it seems to be fine.

Don’t make it anymore
Dries clear, can be for exterior use. I used it for mosaic art projects. Unfortunately the company doesn’t make it anymore and the suggested substitute is terrible

Strangely, I love the stuff
I'm a DYI nerd. I had Googled looking for a way to shore up our garage shelving. We live in FL. The stuff went limp on us during the first summer. I took it all apart and used this glue... and it worked! Shelves held together wonderfully. I have also used it on my wife's artwork to hold the sawtooth hangers on. I will say that it has had an issue with the fact that she already had an acrylic finish on the art, but that's to be expected. Give it a raw surface and it seems to work great.

Little dab will do ya
Much runnier than carpenters glue, but you can use it much more sparingly, so the high cost really isn't. Just smear the thinnest possible coating on each side. On all woods I've tried it on, Elmer's ProBondAdvanced works great, and it does not dry up in the bottle, like most glues. Many stores don't offer it anymore, maybe due to cost ?Highly recommended 👍

Great glue, but a little goes a long way!
I have used this product in the past, and for small repair jobs it is excellent. Very strong and weather proof.Depending on what you are gluing, it may be necessary to clamp the item for it to adhere properly. And always let the glue set for at least 24 hours before moving the glued piece.

Great Glue!
Like the ph for fabric, great to work with, starts to dry and can still play with, clean with soap and water in soft state and then seems closer to waterproof in a way after as a solid but understand that you wouldn't want to keep it submerged for gluing like in the ocean, etc. It's a great glue Elmers has made, not acidy like an acid foamer glue, all around but better, non toxic, not fumey, really cool. Really gald I came across it! I use it with linen art canvas and the ph is a vital factor that makes this outstanding.

Doesn’t work on aluminum
I lightly sanded and cleaned two small pieces of aluminum with acetone and applied the Probond. I clamped the pieces together overnight and checked them the following morning. The glue had dried but the “bond” was so weak I could easily pull it apart.I emailed Elmers about the problem and they sent me a free replacement bottle, believing the one I had might be bad. I asked if aluminum was a surface this would bond but got no answer. After receiving the replacement bottle I repeated my test and got the same result- very weak bond.I tried gluing two pieces of wood together and had to clamp them together as Probond cures very slowly. The next morning the wood was bonded together very well but any wood glue would have done the same thing much faster.I really don’t know what this is good for. Epoxy seems to do a much better job.
