Don't waste your time writing a review for them in a hope to get 1 yr warranty, you will not get the extended warranty plus their whatsapp account will spam you with festival greeting. I gave a positive review (which they drserve) in September and it's January yet to get my extended warranty, so I am reducing the star rating also, due to no responsiveness. NOW ABOUT THE PRODUCT It is a decent piece of equipment that one should have for maintaining a clean interior of your car. Suction power is better than I expected. I am able to clean the mud and dust from car carpet quite easily. Cord length is decent and enough to reach far corners of my car without hassle. So far I am happy.

Used it for barely 5-6 times, after that the power cord cracked and I believe shorted. Motor got damaged. Pathetic product. Also suction is not very good. Do not buy!
