I am 140lbs. and 5'4", purchased a large. It fit perfectly and is slightly shapely. If you are concerned about size, go one up. I purchased this for daily wear so we will test the holdup and I'll get back with that info. Now, I like to sew as a hobby so I made a few alterations to it. I opened up the thumb hooks and sewed the side seams of them to the sleeves -INSTANT THUMB WARMERS- I also added sew able magnets to the hood so I could close up the cleavage line when I'm cold. It has a great cleavage line but gotta keep those tatas warm! I may also add pockets to the outside for my cellphone. I'm usually not impressed by "costume" items, this one is actually very nicely constructed and the detailing is really good. It's also not SUPER THIN fleece like I'm used to and it is doing a great job of keeping me warm in my drafty house. I like that the zipper is plastic---that might be a negative later but right now it's nice not to have a cold metal zipper on my chest.Pros:Nice materialWell constructedFitted feelCovers my butt (that should be #1)Cons:I didn't buy it soonerHoldup might be an issue? Not there yet.No pockets? I mean I didn't expect any so.....TLDR:If you are a spooky gal or guy or you just love bats, you won't be disappointed. If you are crafty you can make it even more perfect very easily. Ten out of ten.

I wear an XL so that I have some room and this was super tight.Warm, nice and thick, decent quality - just wish I sized up! But it'll do for this year

I wanted an easy warm costume and this was perfect. I ordered up a couple sizes just because I wanted it a little loose. It was still a little snug, so I’m very glad I ordered up. It is super thick fabric which keeps you very warm and very good quality.

I sized up one and shouldn't have. It ended up being too big but still usable. I was disappointed because I was expecting a hoodie/sweatshirt type material and instead it was very very thick felt. Overall not bad but not great either.

This costume is adorable and the quality of the fabric is thick and warm. Its more form fitting than stretchy. I'll wear this beyond Halloween. Its the perfect cozy zip up hoodie to wear lounging around the house or sitting by a campfire!

This costume fits really well (as expected) and it much better quality than the majority of Halloween stuff out there. It looks exactly as pictured and feels like it would keep you pretty cozy despite the bare legs. Can’t wait for Halloween to wear it out :)

Very warm perfect for Michigan weather! I took a star off for the fur on the hoodie which gives it a cheap look but I will try to brush it out as other reviewers suggested. Overall very cute and cozy happy with the purchase!

Good quality. Very comfy. Flatering. Cozy. Only down side... Don't plan on lifting your arms over your head, if you do, you will expose everything from the waist down. I'm super happy with my bat costume.
