Cheap controller
I can’t comment on the car itself because I never unboxed it. I will speak on the controller quality though. Not only did the controller arrive broken, it felt it would have broke the second my son dropped it or had any force upon it. Very cheaplymade controller

Fun and a great starter RC
I got this for my son when he was 4. He enjoyed it. He had fun building obstacles and jumps. I wanted him to learn on a proper controller. A friend of mine let him drive a VERY fast nitro car and my son picked up the control of it in seconds, gauging the speed, and steering it well. That speed kind of ruined it for him now so I'll need to get a faster car, but he played with this for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend it. I did buy extra batteries so that he could play longer. We have had NO issues whatsoever. It has performed flawlessly from the get go. It was a great purchase.
