it generates heat in body rest is good
only side effect is , its heat properties. if you have constipation, mind your diet and take more fiber. I started taking it only to boost immune as i normally have no problem or cramps during periods. But after taking this medicine i felt i started feeling relaxed in curvical pain also. i take only once a day as i get constipation if I take two times. rest this is good medicine.
