Q: Can you describe how to install on an lmr400 cable or better yet provide a link to a video?

https://youtu.be/3YAPsA_5XfM This video is pretty close, the only difference is you must solder the center pin before assembly.

Q: Will this work for rg 213?

You have to find the 259 connector that accepts the219. I recommend using a crimp connector as it is more durable. You still solder the center conductor on either type.

Q: Will this work for LMR600?

No it will not. LMR600 is larger in diameter than LMR400 and these connectors are close tolerance on LMR400.

Q: why do i have to be 18 to buy a connector?

No idea why they ask that, They never asked me for age identification. They work good tho.
