Born to Win: Find Your Success

This book is well written and puts concepts like helping others in your personal life and professional life is the path to prosperity. Zig states that he became prosperous after finding God at 45 and that is not surprising. The bible, whether you believe or not has a lot of hints in it about how to lead your life, deal with tough situations, and gives examples of those who appear to have become successful through less that honorable acts. Napoleon hill said his philosophy has been around for thousands of years, he just put it down in his terms in a more modern way.Another thing that was stated in this book that I appreciated was that you are not going to think positive for a week or two and change your life no different than going to the gym for a week or two will give you all the physical fitness you will need for the rest of your life. It is a continual effort to be better as you develop, just like physical exercise. This is why a seminar is a great way to kick start your better life but you must make it a habit...why a habit...because positive thinking is out the door as soon as some one cuts you off, or yells at you, etc. If you make it a habit, you don't have to worry about doing it consciously.Good luck to you all and happy hunting finding everything that makes you have genuine happiness and success.

I read self-help and inspiration books regularly, but this book is clearly the best I have ever read. Zig's advice is so simple and compelling that it just impacted me in a way that I know will help me make changes in my life. To be fair - I am also a Christian so I can easily align with Zig's spiritual advice. But even if you are not a Christian I am sure that you will also be helped (and not offended by his Christian references). His Wheel of Life concepts are really powerful ways to measure where you are in life, but also shows you ways to make changes. I know I will go back and re-read this book and also visit his web site for more info.This is the first Ziglar book that I have read and now I will seek out his other books too.I highly recommend this book if you are looking to be inspired and motivated to make changes.

Very inspiring .

This is a good product outlining the Born to Win concepts via video and CD. The only thing I didn't care for was the lady singing songs about the Born to Win concepts. I felt that was a little dated. Fortunately I have a fast forward button on both my DVD player and Ipod. Overall, a worthy purchase if you take the concepts to heart and implement them into your life.I've listened to Zig for 5 or 6 years off and on now. I think I know most of his stories and concepts. He recommends not only reading, but engulfing the book, "What to say when you talk to yourself" by Shad Helmstetter. I read and implemented this book into my life a few weeks back and I am finding hope of actually making lasting changes in my life. Zig mentions books from time to time during his various speeches. It's up to us to take his recommendations, look up those books, read them, and implement them. As Zig says, "I never said it was easy... life is tough, but if you're tough on your self, life will be infinitely easier on you!" I agree, don't just passively listen to the information. WORK AT IT and DO IT! Go the extra mile, buy the books he mentions and implement them in your life. I think this is the best way to get the most out of his program.

Straight to the point, Zig Ziglar’s book contains no fluff, only the essentials to truly succeed in life and business.

This is Zig's last book and truly a testimony to his incredible life and career. i loved this book and look forward to using the goal setting strategies for the new year. This is his legacy and well worth the read, I love having it available on my Kindle reader app so that I can access it at any time. My favorite quote, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want." His life proved that quote true in many incredible ways.

Zig did it again!!! this program is full of sound advice and is easy to relate to. It covers a wide range of life's situation and Zig uses a good mix of humor and is serious when necessary. It is fun to listen to and the material gives you a whole new outlook on life. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels they need guidance in their life. Listen to the whole thing a few times then use it as areference tool.

As Marketing Director at a bank, I used this video series as part of a monthly product and sales training lunch and learn at my place of employment. I had many positive comments on the Zig Ziglar video segments, even from people I did not expect would like them at all. Zig is so honest, genuine and "folksy" in his way of presenting ideas, and he has a lot of stories that help viewers remember his key points. Each video segment is only about 25 minutes long, which was perfect for us in using it as part of our monthly training lunch and learns.

The wheel of life elaborated in this book gives great directions how to improve in the different areas of your own life.

I have a few books and audiobooks from Zig Ziglar. I can honestly say that this is a synthesis of his ideas. If you have never heard of Zig, you can start here and build your collection starting from the top (SEE YOU AT THE TOP) all the way through RAISING POSITIVE CHILDREN IN A NEGATIVE WORLD. This is written with his son, Tom, and it shows that the philosophy he spread for over 3 decades can help anyone committed to achieve success in business and life.

J’ai apprécié la simplicité du discours et les idées développées. On cherche souvent le succès et les solutions à l’extérieur et nombreuses le sont. Néanmoins, l’impulsion et l’énergie émanent bien de l’intérieur, du cœur et de l’esprit. Je partage l’idée que chacun à en lui le potentiel de réaliser de grandes prouesses mais encore faut-il sincèrement y croire. Le succès est une projection de l’esprit que l’on recherche dans un but précis, qui n’ecessite un plan d’action en vue d’obtenir les résultats souhaités. Un livre très inspirant. Je recommande!

The book was easy to read and yet is full of tried and tested principles of living in general and how to run one's business.
