Senellier is not cheap, expensive, in fact. But the quality is wonderful.

I have never purchased specific paper for oil pastels until now. I didn't have problems with the regular paper I have used in the past, but it was always pretty lightweight and flimsy. I never wanted to attempt framing it. This paper is heavier, and when I finish a picture I really like, I wouldn't mind investing in a frame.

There is no better paper for the premium quality Sennelier oil pastel sticks than this medium. It is the best of the best. Don’t buy cheap oil pastels and expect miracles. Get the right oil pastels (Sennelier) and you will experience nothing but beauty in form and function.

Even using mid-grade oil pastels, this paper shines. Application is smooth, and blending is easy.

Bigger than I realized! I like it! My oil pastels glided beautifully onto the paper.

Heavy paper very good for oil pastels. Be forewarned use your softer pastels.

Not used it yet but looks to be of good quality with protective leaves inbetween each sheet. Smaller than I was expecting at 6.5'' x 9.5'' though I should have checked the description more carefully.
