Wonderful
I use this so much a spray bottle seemed to be the easiest. Its fantastic. I've used this oil for everything. Its great for breakfast eggs & toast. Its great for spraying veggies to cook in a skillet & a hot air fryer. Its great for popcorn! I cant find anything that it doesn't enhance the flavor & cooking outcome.

Great Addition to Solid Ghee
There is almost no substitute for the flavor of ghee, whether you buy it ready made or go to the trouble of making it yourself. But it is even denser than the butter it came from, so it can be annoying to get enough out for frying eggs, or similar uses. This mixture with ghee is really good, requires a lot of shaking but is easier than digging into the solid stuff. It is not quite the 100% of the pure ghee, but it is a valuable substitute in a busy kitchen. I also pour a little on my homemade pumpernickel bread, put it in the toaster, and it makes a great little snack.

Great for popcorn
I am a popcorn junkie, and this stuff is my secret weapon. Get yourself an oil sprayer, and put this stuff in the sprayer.I pop my popcorn different ways, but i often use an air popper. When i do, i will spray it with this stuff to thinly coat the popcorn, and i'll then shake a little Morton's Popcorn Salt (trust me, it's the salt to use - it's very fine, and has a little bit of bite to it, without being overpowering). This ghee oil provides enough oil for the popcorn salt to stick to the kernels. Also, since one is spraying it finely, you're using less, so it's less calories than just dumping melted butter.Melted butter isn't the best, imo, bc it can burn, first of all. second, it just isn't efficient, and you need to melt it.The ghee oil won't burn if you heat it up, but you don't even need to heat it up. just spray it. I often 'toss' the popcorn in the bowl, so i can spray and salt more than just the top layer.I'm only talking about using this stuff for popcorn, bc that's just what i use it for. but it works fantastically for it.Also doesn't seem to go bad. Or mine hasn't done so yet.

Very "gheeful" !
I bought three ghee products. I have tried them all. The quality is amazing. I have tried many brands before. The ghee oil sautéed my breaded chicken strips to golden perfection on a med heat. The flavor is superbUsed garlic flavored ghee season homemade sautéed spinach with mashed potatoes. Delicious.

This is OK but I should’ve read the ingredients more carefully
I guess I clicked on this too fast because it was just ghee oil so it instantly I said yes buy this. When it arrived it was packaged perfectly and survived the trip, and it’s actually a very attractive package. I did not realize that it was not just ghee, it had avocado oil in it… which I realize sounds stupid because ghee is not liquid at room temperature… OK I get it I was asleep at the wheel when I bought this… OK that’s fine no problem there. But then I noticed it had grapeseed oil in it. Anyone who does any researcher knows anything about keto knows that grapeseed oil is not good for you. I’m not sure whether or not I should be pouring it out or asking for a refund, as it’s my fault for not realizing this is not just ghee or even ghee with avocado oil. Sigh... caveat emptor. That being said, the flavor is not all that. It actually taste like you’ve put a little tiny bit of butter in with your oil and it’s not a good flavor. My opinion is pass on this and just go for regular ghee or regular avocado oil.

Great flavor in liquid form
This is my favorite brand of ghee oil. I love this liquid form because I do not need to melt solid ghee in the microwave and dirty a dish while I am cooking. I eat Keto and use this oil in everything that I cook. I love the flavor. My favorite recipe that I use it in is probably my morning pancakes. I use the oil in the frying pan and also in my recipe.
