This is great coconut oil, worth every rupee I paid for it. Of course, nothing can match freshly pressed coconut oil, but one isn't in living in Kerala, this is about the next best thing. I would've given it five stars were it not for the plastic bottle. It's too tall to fit on my shelves so I have to stash it on the counter. I dislike leaving things lying around on my counter top. Second, it's made of some plastic material and no matter what anyone says, nothing can be 100% pure if it lives in a house made of plastic. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for glass bottles. Otherwise, this is a wonderful product.

It's a good coconut oil. It's clear coconut oil which I am using in salad dressing, in my sunburn area, in cookies and a lot. This is anti oxidant which is very useful for your gut health, hair, skin and a lot. I found particular this product very useful, which you can buy without any second thought.

This puvi coconut oil is totally pure and organic smell is also natural health oil beneficial for body worth product

The oil is good but I have doubts whether it is made from coconut milk using centrifuge process. I have been using coconut oil extracted from coconut milk for quite some time of other brands. One characteristic of coconut oil from milk is that it doesn't have any distinct smell or flavour unlike refined or cold pressed coconut oil. But this one is having the flavour and smell of refined coconut oil even though not so intense. Also oil from milk is colourless, but this one has a slight yellowish colour. So I doubt whether it is from coconut milk even though it mentions so in the label, rather it could be cold pressed, I am not sure.

In last two years, I am using various brands (klf, rubco, dissano, maxcare, cocosoul etc.) of cold pressed virgin coconut oil. Before that we used normal coconut oil from local market. Out of all the brands of coconut oil I have used so far, this one from Puvi is the best one. It is very good in aroma, flavor, and appearance.Cold pressed oil are better to health than oil extracted using normal heat treatment methods. The former one contain less number of unsaturation as heat is not used during extraction. Unsaturated compound could create free radicals during high temperature cooking and may cause cancer and other health problems. Similarly, trans fat (increase with unsaturation) can cause high level of cholesterol. Usually, unsaturation gives a pale yellow colour to the oil. That's why normal coconut oil is slightly yellow in colour (colour could be also due to presence of natural products or impurities).I would like to suggest the manufacturer to design a cap like the one used in cocosoul where the chance of adulteration by a third party can be eliminated.I also wish the company to maintain the same quality in future also. Because, there are incidents where I have encountered quality problem with different batches of product (from a different company which was highly rated).I will be a regular subscriber of Puvi cold pressed virgin coconut oil as long as the quality remain excellent as the one received today.
