It is an excellent volume.

This ,like most of Holford's books are for reference and are not therefore ideal on Kindle because one can' t find what one is looking for easily. But otherwise the information is very helpful and encouraging.

The Alzheimer's Prevention Plan shows what we can do to prevent this disease, as well as help for those supporting the sufferer.

Really liked it, This book is useful not only for the ones with Alzheimer's or their families, but really for everybody - just to know what to do not to get Alzheimer's.

has some interesting concepts about nutrition and its connection with neurochemistry, but also some doubtful scientific information. nevertheless it's a good read for most people and gives some good tips on optimizing nutrition

This is an excellent book which has become my bible. So much so that I have bought another copy for a friend. The mental exercises & diet plan is a must have with anyone who may be a lttle concerned regarding their mental health. I have had my copy for a few years now & feel my mental agility has much improved. Highly recommended
