Q: What is the height of the enclosure without the lid on the 4.5"x3.5"x2.2"?

Without the lid it is 1.5” deep

Q: Where are the Drawings for the internal mounting holes for the 6.2"x3.5"x1.8"(158x90x46mm) box?

I didn't get any with my order either. I had to measure them myself.

Q: I need to design a pcb to go inside the 158mm long box, what are mounting hole placement dimensions? is there a drawing available?

Along the long side there are three holes between the cover mounts and the holes are 1 1/4 inches apart. Holes on either side of the cover mounting hole are 1 3/4 inches. There are 3 holes along the short side and they are 1 3/16 inches apart. The holes from one long side to the other long side are 5 3/16 inches apart. The holes one the short side to the other short side are 7 15/16 inches apart. I don't have a drawing.
