Easy to use. Blind baked the shells without need for parchment and filler. Resulted in nice crisp crust. Also used the recommended Silikomart Air Mat underneath for good air circulation. Holding the filling well, no leaks. I would totally recommend.

Quite a few reviews on here seem to mention discoloration from these. They’re shipped in an anti-corrosive oil, so they must be washed first. I ran these through my dishwasher once on the pot an pan cycle, so they’d really get the works, and they’ve been fine. Good material, good welds where they’re joined, consistent quality (I bought quite a few) and they’ve held up well after quite a few rounds of baking. I’d buy more, but none of them have failed yet, and I haven’t lost any. A good buy.

I’ve used both the heart and round tart rings from Fangsung— They work just fine for me. The circles didn’t have any distortion but one of the heart shapes was significantly different than the rest as shown in photo. We were able to fix this relatively easily by bending/reshaping the ring by hand. I showed the before and after photo of fixing them. The hearts are a much better price point here then any other company I was finding online ($5-$22 per ring)If there are sticking issues (which is more so a dough related issue for me), you can use a baking spray or the perforated silicone strips.

I’m happy with these. They work great and are pretty sturdy.

These tart rings are great, I've used them a few time this past week making various different crusts and all of them have turned out lovely. I wash and dry them by hand and so far there's no rust so that's a plus.Though if I had to list any downside to them, it's that they only come in a pack of 5, it'd be nice if they came in a pack of 6 but all in all that doesn't matter too much.I'm very happy with this purchase.
