Seems expensive, but does secure the light very well.

Secure holder
Easy to place the light in the holder. Would have preferred to receive this with the light rather than the rubber and Velcro bands. Has stayed nice and secure on my dogs collar.

It is quite a cumbersome light if for a small dog like mine and this clip comes off when my dog goes into the shrubs.
