can these peas be sprouted? Thank you

I've always used dried marrowfat peas for sprouting, they work brilliantly no matter where you buy them. So long as they're dried marrowfats. I usually sprout them for pea greens and you should get at least a couple of crops from one planting (a bag this size would have you drowning in pea greens for a long time). I doubt the seller had a clue what you were talking about, us sprouters are still fairly few in number.

How long lifed are they? How long before their Best Before date?

the last batch we sent into Amazon fulfilment centre had a BBE 28/01/2022

2.9g's sugar for a 100g portion. Is that natural sugar or has sugar been added. ?

The label says the ingredients are marrowfat peas. The nutritional information explains that the peas contain carbohydrates which include sugar. Therefore my understanding is that the sugar is naturally occurring as part of the carbohydrates and not added separately. If in doubt contact the manufacturer.

Do these peas need to be soaked at all please
