I throw these in tea or hot milk. Once it melts, such a good rich flavor. Feels nourishing and reminds me of India.They are very hard and not like soft gur that is found in India tho

It was not the same I had last time

They are even harder than what I was using that amazon did not have available price was really good so I ordered...BUT IT IS A VERY DIFFERENT TASTE TOO. it is had and sense which ngv is expected but...it dissolved way quickly showing its lack of quality.

I love this Jaggery for my coffee, the only thing that would make this product 5 stars is no leaves or stems/plant stuff, other than that and it really just small amount of extra "stuff" it is perfect. My kids think this is candy and are always asking for a piece.

These taste great, but what i did not expect was the crystals to be extremely hard unlike jaggery i bought before where i could easily grate it down. I did find out that it was easy to break down into water and also a blender, so i had no issue with it after all.
