I love this Joint Health. Nothing has helped my knees more than this Cooper Complete Joint Health. I think it must be the addition of the bromelain which is pineapple extract that fights inflammation that makes this product so much more effective than other joint products I've tried. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. It takes about 2 - 3 weeks before you see marked improvement so be patient because it's not overnight relief but for me it's taken the knee replacement off my to do list.
